For anyone who wasnt around when this happened, this was real. Littlefuckinmonster was actually stealing bones from cemeteries. She is the bone stealing witch. She was specifically stealing bones from poor people. She was arrested for it.

Not only did the user in question get arrested, but 4 months later, the state legislature passed the Louisiana Human Remains Protection and Control Act, created specifically because people heard about this case and realized there weren’t any clear laws about who has what right to own human remains and who enforces those rights.

Okay, you gotta understand 1 more layer of just how awesome this is. That's an old-fashioned calligraphy pen. Yes, with a very fine point, and it's clearly a cartridge pen since it's not having to be dipped in an inkpot periodically, but it uses an ink that cannot be erased, and will smear like hell if it isn't handled carefully.

There is not a single mistake on this entire page.

There is not a single hesitation.

There is only the artistry of pure confidence.

This is the result of, not thousands of strokes of practice, but well beyond ten thousand strokes of practice, and quite possibly more than a hundred thousand strokes of practice.

If you are on a Windows 11 computer, pause everything you are doing for one minute and:

Open computer settings

Click on Accessibility on the left-hand menu

Scroll down the Accessibility menu and click on the Keyboard Option

Under the "related settings" tab, click "Typing" which should have a description of "spellcheck, autocorrect, text suggestions."

Turn off the AI "correct misspelled words"

and most importantly: turn off Typing Insights.

I mean, yeah, it says that..... for *now.*

It also only specifies that Microsoft themselves don't collect it, and they wouldn't have made this something that I was automatically, secretly opted in for without my knowledge if they didn't have something to be gained by me not knowing it exists!

I only found this because a cat walked on the keyboard and turned on Filter Keys and while trying to figure out why my keyboard was just making chirping noises instead of typing, I happened to click on "typing insights" by accident.

Generative AI, and especially AI that is used to "personalize" and track your activity across the web and on your computer are never going to be in your best interest, it is always going to serve these companies in whatever way will line their pockets the most, and all it takes is updating their terms of service once, and then all of that data they promised they weren't collecting suddenly all belongs to them.
