I need some help

Its pretty hard breaking to slowing discover how bad or a narcicist your own mom is. I try to look past at and but red flags are slowing showing like how she would humiliate me and has zero confidence in me. Plus she is homophobic and very racist.

I just dont want to be alone in all this.

Trying to Survive a Narc Mom

I always make the mistake of being too complacent to think everything is friendly chummy that I forget that she is never happy, Its all a facade and I ended up being shamed by here over a simple comment that I would say to her.

I try to lower my expectations for her knowing that I will always be incompetent to her but I always get jumpy whenever she is around. I have to be on guard. Is that healthy? I try to live unbothered but I could also forget to protect myself and end up in her narcistic attack.

I always need to remember that I cant sacrifice my happiness to someone who will never be truly be happy.

Not gonna lie, if this was the kinda of representation I saw growing up, I would of not have thought that I needed to already be a good weight and healthy to partispitate in physical activity.

It is a lot easier to feel inspired and motivated to try getting into fitness and try new activities when you see yourself represented in those activities. 

That’s why I ask my followers to submit pictures of themselves doing those activities so we can all see ourselves represented and that we are not alone in doing them!
