Hello there, my name’s Autumn ☺️ I’ve been in this “fit life” or apart of this #fitfam since roughly about 2010/2011 and even through all the trials and tribulations, I’ve been in love since. this page is going to be covering all things health and wellness, food, fitness, my own personal transformations and story, tips, possible workouts, self love/care, mental health and more. most health tips are mainly dedicated to Black people or people of color, because I want to bring more light to that specific subject BUT majority if not all things can be used by anyone ❤️
