To keep myself drawing sometimes even when the art block tries to take over, I started to sketch things for my fanfic “A Story Told” - it is of the Owl House cartoon and introduces it to the concept from Count of Monte Cristo (innocent being imprisoned/sacrificed so a few greedy people would success in their own goals; betrayal; revenge)! So... I made this poster.

Chapter 3 to my Owl House fanfic spiced with some Count of Monte Cristo! Boscha has a plan to get herself closer to Amity and her friends in order to get rid of Luz. As part 1 of her plan moves forward (acting that she and Skara were not friends anymore) Boscha hits her head and gets the full attention of her old friend Amity, getting an invitation to spend the night at the Blight Manor.
At the manor, the two girls spend time together and cannot avoid meeting with the lady of the house, Odalia Blight, who clearly has some plans of her own…
Well this is not exactly visual art but.... art anyway! I updated the 3rd chapter to my newest fanfic!

For practice, I made my Owl House OC... they are a Bard track student at Hexside!
Animatic title card progress
There has been about 2 months of progress between these animatics. I started working on my the first animatic (Ordinary) at September 8th, and I published the latest one (Heather) on November 6th. Looking at the animatics as whole, I can see a lot of progress aswell, but even with these title cards I see a lot of progress.
Oh and Ordinary was my 2nd animatic overall. First animatic I ever did was for the song “Ready As I’ll Ever Be” from Tangled the Animated Series, back in November 25th, 2018. Huh, come to think of it, it has almost been 2 years...

You familiar with the song The Last Night by Skillet? Well then you know this ain’t gonna be pretty. TW: Violence. Abusive parents. Odalia and Alador Blight do not really like Amity trying to stand up for herself. Or liking Luz.
Even though I gotta say this is pretty tame, considering. Owl House fans are really uniting under “Odalia is a bitch” flag, and I am one of them. Even wrote a fanfic where Odalia was outright evil.
Anyway, this is my latest finished animatic!
What is happening here? Two details from an animatic I am working on!
You might have seen my latest animatic WIP “Evil Like Me” (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qh2iO0ax908) where Odalia Blight, mother of Amity Blight, acts pretty evil - an idea I got initially after watching “Understanding Willow” and then moved forward when I read Dana Terrace’s AMA on Reddit that gave us the information that Odalia Blight in fact wants her children to be “color coordinated”. I started to draw the said WIP when I was also writing a fanfic where Odalia Blight basically pushed Amity into her evil schemes to gain power.
Anyway! THIS WIP I am working on now and where these two details are from, is from my new animatic project, where we will also see Alador, Amity’s father! I headcanon him as “better of the two evils”, someone who goes through drastic measures to teach his children, but doing it only “for their own good”.
While I am working on about 6-8 different animatics, I had this discussion with my friend who suggested I did a Dead by Daylight related art piece. Her suggestion was brilliant, so I took it. And I am so glad to see progress in my drawing skills! Dead by Daylight is one of my favorites games to play, it is slightly scary but mostly just fun when you can play with friends. This digital art piece is about Steve Harrington (major character from series called Stranger Things, but also a playable character in Dead by Daylight) who is trying to escape from the Huntress, one of the killers of the said game.
While I keep working on animatics, I wanted to draw something different... a small project, as this was finished in a day. I ran into trans!Amity headcanon at some point, and I kinda love it due to how I kinda see my teen self in Amity.. Anyway, I was thinking of the headcanon of what if Luz got thrown through the portal and could not return to Boiling Isles for few years? She would have to grow up in the human world, and one day she could find a way to get back? I headcanon that Luz’s pilot appearance is her later years look (I made a short comic some time ago, check https://viktordraws.tumblr.com/post/631418006178840576/speaking-of-pilot-amity-i-had-to-scribble-pilot) During that time, Amity came in terms with finding out that he was living a false life and came in terms with his gender identity. And when Luz came back, two of them reconnected, Amity taking Luz to a boat drive. He notices Luz being somewhat depressed at this point, then making a light spell, trying to cheer up the human.
I acquired a game called Phasmophobia not long time ago and me and few friends of mine have been playing it for a few times... But everyone who knows me knows I am not the biggest fan of horror and some were quite surprised I even got the game. But I am a sucker for co-op games where I could spend time with my friends, so I wanted to learn how to be brave!
And this is quite much how our games go - we go in, I take a lot of stuff, go with them for first few minutes, and then when the ghost shows any signs of itself, I am like “welp I will go check out the van/truck” and be The Van Guy(TM)... (meaning I stay in the truck and inform others of ghost’s activity, keep an eye on ghost orbs and other players’ sanity) Also I am super proud that I finally managed to draw myself with my current hairstyle AND glasses correctly (I swear, drawing glasses is a horror by itself)!
Phasmophobia is a lot of fun, but you can see how I react in this small comic! I will be putting the pics together into a comic to put here as a picture, but here it is in video form!
In my burst of activity, I will post this final frame for my first Owl House animatic because it worked so well as a piece on its own... Look at that bright yellow!
