How hard is it to tell a good Easter story? Apparently, very hard. “The Easter Puppy” is like watching a five year old try to combine his favorite parts of  “Homeward Bound” with every sitcom they’ve ever watched. Russ the Corgi dog is our host, and I can’t even tell if he even wants to be in this movie. He’s one sarcastic pup! We also have two of the stars of “A Talking Cat” playing Lucy (Our 25 Year Old playing a Teen Girl) and Jennifer Diamond, Lucy’s murder mystery writing mom.  Maybe overly long easter egg painting and easter egg hunts will put you in a festive mood? Oh, and at one point we also have to worry about a stolen 10 million dollar fabrijet egg. Join Joey and Jeff as they explore one of the worst (but secretly best) easter movies ever made.

Being a listener of the “Major Wrestling Figure Podcast” from its first episode, I loved their approach to making the S.T.O.M.P action figures relevant again. When they started the Stomp In Paradise personas, I knew it needed to be written as a 80s cartoon. I wrote a script when Chelsea Green was still with WWE, so I always pictured the Chelsea character would’ve had to been voiced by another woman’s wrestler. Now If this was ever actually made,  She could totally voice her character. I’d have loved for this to have been animated, but man even getting a live teleplay reading at the next “Major Wrestling Figure Live Show” would be amazing.
