Useful for explaining sensory-related eating challenges…
[ID: Image from feedinglittles.com with the writing “Why does my child struggle with fruits and veggies?” First rows of hands with orange painted fingernails hold four different blueberries, each one labeled juicy, squishy, sweet, sour. Second row of hands hold four identical crackers, labeled “The same every time”/]
When presenting a highly variable good to someone with sensory issues it’s good practice to tell them what to expect.
“The biggest blueberries will be the sweetest and juiciest.” You might not care, but they do. And it’s good to present the food regularly without forcing them to try. Have them as an option that other people can enjoy. Eat it in front of them. And eventually they’ll probably try it. If you can tell them which ones to pick, and you have access to good, fresh produce, it can be fun.
There’s also prep work and cooking. If you know the person doesn’t like squishy foods, don’t serve cooked veggies. Raw are fine. Unripe bananas are great. Apples have a nice crunch. If they don’t like crunchy: smoothies, bread, roasted veggies, soups… you have options.
destiel canon apparently but more pressing issue:
why is this edited and acted SO weird. like they both shot their scenes separately lmfao

How bout’ y'all learn how to drive?
Black Ice don’t care how well you learned to drive.
Is this shit for real? Somebody comes up with an innovative way to try and keep people from dying in car accidents, and some chud just HAS to crawl out of the woodwork to complain about it?
“Be a real man and die/suffer!” Is a real viewpoint in America
They tried it
