hi guys long time no see was literally dreaming last night about coming back here and playing sims 4 again and then yeah LMFAO hope yall have been good!! Meanwhile you guys can get the updated game from other pirates just fine i'd start with fitgirl but there are alot of people who repack the sims 4 game with updates and DLCs
Fitgirl is a pretty solid alternative its what i used for 2 years straight before i knew Anadius existed

P.s: please do not call Anadius names on my post, he has the right to quit anytime for any reason or non reason he genuinely owes nothing to no one when he did this for years without taking a single Penny from people and facing all the abuse people hurled at him.
I've seen people say they give up and this is the end that they will not play anymore as it's too hard to get from other sources (its not fitgirl has an installer too you just gotta download from her website for every new dlc) and more rightfully since they have the ligit base game
If you guys are doing this because you cant understand how to get the dlc files then unlock them its fair but please do not go quitting just yet, Anadius tools will get picked up by people he intentionally made them available because he wanted someone to pick it up otherwise he wouldn't leave his codes open source before he left, i know im asking alot of the sims community but you guys need to be patient this is very normal in the pirating worlds Pirates leave retire or get arrested every damn month and the next month 3 more pop up

In the mean time i think this is a good chance for everyone to get alittle tiny bit more tech savvy by learning how to pack the dlcs themselves using Anadius pack unlocker (Which will continue to work fine just wont get updated with new dlcs automatically you have to get the dlcs manually) his website which is still up has the guide on how to do that, and you can get the dlc files from the sims 4 forum on cs.rin
I need you all to start doing this because no pirate is forever they are all human and age and can only take and do much, you cant keep loosing your files just because someone retired (and i will say this is exactly why anadius was so rude while talking to SOME people its because they refuse to learn to do it themselves and expect cooperate customer service and HR from him ever min of the day)

It seems like the above was a too much read and maybe too confusing so here is a summary:
1- dlc unlocker users you cannot update your game past what the dlc unlocker ver. You have so any new updates pushed by the game will break it and cause you to loose your unlocked dlcs, the only solution to this is to play offline and never update again
2- the only other way to keep the game updated and get new dlcs if yo dont want to crackthe game yourself ( or don't understand how to) is right now is to go fully pirated aka download the entire game and dlcs from Fitgirl or equivalent (you can get the links on the subreddit mentioned above) other cracks are not compatible with the dlc unlocker so you have to install the whole game from scratch and thrn copy you tray saves and mods to it to get back your stuff, you eill be completely offline and disconnected from origin and EA servers so no online gallary but you have a library, Anadius was the only one that got the dlcs and updates almost instantly, other pirates are not fast and some only update thier files every few months so you will have to learn to be patient
3- the third and hardest solution but the one i recommend in the long run is that you get the update/ dlc files like i mentioned above and crack the game yourself its tedious but rewarding.
3.5 - Note: please check your country's laws about pirating and use a vpn so you dont get convicted, Anadius tools had one built in but now its gone ur gonna have to use one if piracy is illegal where you live.
4- you need to be patient very very patient we are still waiting for more info and more stats on ehat is broken and ehat works and solutions to pop up and update us, the reality of the matter is someone will probably pick up where Anadius left of but it will take time so be patient.
Hey yall. This isn't my usual type of post, but one I unfortunately have to make. The truth is, I'm struggling financially to the point where I have to try every possible avenue of improving my situation, including bringing it up to you guys. I'll go in a bit more detail below due to tw, but to sum it up: I'm in desperate need to raise enough money to move and be financially independent again. Every donation to my kofi and patreon helps me immensely right now, if yall are able. I'm going to open up commissions for cc and sims requests soon (in a separate post), will be selling anything I have left to sell (like photocards), and basically anything else I can think of to help raise money. I'm hoping to still avoid early access, but if the situation doesn't improve soon, I may have no other choice. Every donation, of any amount, truly helps me so much and I am so thankful for anyone that does so.
I'm truly grateful for yall's support as you've helped me so much already just by pledging to my patreon. Any donations I get will go towards my meds, phone service so i can still access here & continue to job hunt, savings for a security deposit for an apartment, etc. I'm also trying to get a new bike lock as that's my only method of transportation at the moment. In more detail: I'm currently living with a person that is extremely emotionally, mentally, and financially abusive towards me. And I have someone else that is dependent on me that also suffers from abuse from this person. Said abuse has been escalating as my financial situation gets worse and we're more isolated. I was previously working two jobs, but I lost one two years ago, and the second I lost when the last person I was caregiving for passed in February. Which resulted in me having no choice but to rely on this abusive person as I continued to job hunt and stretch my savings until it was all gone. I have been constantly job hunting locally & online and get constant rejections or simply ghosted, and my options are limited due to my area & lack of any transportation. On top of that... the past two years, I have lost four family members, including both of my parents. I cared for three of these family members throughout their time in hospice until they died. These three all had cancer (lung, colon, lymphoma) and did not have quick or peaceful deaths. I'm still dealing with the grief and trauma from these losses. Besides the person that is dependent on me and the person that is abusive that we need to get away from, I am now essentially alone in the world. I've lost most of my family, both my jobs, my apartment, my savings for a vehicle, and my income. My mental health is obviously not the best, and I've been struggling to find the right meds that are affordable, available, and actually effective. To put it simply, I'm at the lowest point in my life so far, and the way out seems nearly impossible. Trust, I wouldn't be telling anyone this if it wasn't truly desperate for me at the moment. But that's the spot i'm in now. Thank you all for listening.
