I headcanon that Victoria’s parents are called Anthony and Regina Chase.

Anthony: Highly praiseworthy

Regina: Queen

Kinda like Victoria, or at least how she sees herself: worthy of praise as the queen of Blackwell.

Plus Victoria means “victory” and both of those names are about status/triumph.

And I guess her mother’s name could be a little nod to Victoria’s “mean girl” act.
