Full Wheel : deep backbend.
There are no special tricks or techniques to do this pose, it’s a matter of maintaining a regular yoga practice. Work on not only the spine, but the shoulders and hips too. Flexibility in those areas are needed to bend this way.

Fingerstand uses core strength as much as upper body strength to maintain stillness and stability in the posture. To get the fingers stronger, try maneuvering around on the floor on fingertips instead of flat palms.
