The end is nigh, hopefully, at least for now until we get an announcement for a fourth series.

A look back at the cast this season so far. Slightly spoilery for the finale.
Due to the rebrand there was plenty of press this season. We got print interviews, video interviews, magazine covers,
a concert, and once again the show will be making their way to San Diego for Comic Con, with a notable exception.

Sam Reid is doing the play DOUBT in Australia, so it's understanable that he won't be there; but as it is a musical season I am astounded that Daniel Hart or, at least, Reid's vocal coach Matthew Santos (who also performed with Sam and Daniel at the Deacon Theater concert/premiere in June).
Speaking of the concert - AMC+ will air it Sunday, August 23rd. SDCC will have a sneak peak of it.

We had a large influx of cast members this season and one theory going around was that each color on the character posters represented teams: Neon Pink for Team Lestat and Lime Green for Team Armand.
And as it stands, it checks out because Alex, of course, goes to Armand's side and Salamander was the Armand fanboy.
Though he did plant the seeds for the Armand take down "Big Boss" with his song "Big Bus".
Ryan Kattner made sure Salamander saw the light and switch allegiances.

There are deviations, though.
Ghost!Claudia stands firmly Team No One.
Sam, you are the father.
Just like Lestat and Gabs.
And Akasha has no team, but herself.
-I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong. Very early on I was preparing a bed and grippy socks for Lestat in the Khia Asylum, but now I am a convert.
Sorry, you lot. You're not getting Lestat.
The songs are excellent. I, like Jacob Anderson, is a fan of "Brutal Love", but I do love "Cabbage".

On the eve of the series 3 finale of (INTERVIEW WITH) THE VAMPIRE LESTAT - or, depending on where you are; the day of or two days after as Apple TV made the finale available for purchase already; Men's Health has dropped Sam Reid's workout.
After a long wait and a long wank by morons who have a problem with Lupita Nyong'o playing Helen of Troy, Christopher Nolan's THE ODYSSEY is in theaters.
Featuring a cast of many; many who have worked with Nolan before like Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Himesh Patel, Robert Pattinson, Benny Safdie, Bill Irwin, Elliot Page, Josh Stewart and James Remar.
Found the first act very slow going, but I was entertained overall and each successive act got better. Pleasantly surprised that Nolan did a film that felt very visceral because I view him as a very sterile director; and if there's any raw emotion it's because he casts actors who are going to give you that emotional push by hook or by crook. So I was surprised that Nolan goes further with this, than I think he has any other film.
While where I am the real deal IMAX showings are pretty much sold out through the weekend, not everyone are film purists and want to see it in a large format.
One of the greatest mysteries is that Luca Marinelli sits front row at fashion week (the lastest - Fendi's) and he can't someone style him in something with a better fit so it won't look like he's wearing his father's clothing.
My feeling, exactly, Luca.
He looked so good at that event that it must have terrified him and made him denounce being fashionable.
He sat along side celebs like Monica Bellucci, Jessica Alba and beau Danny Ramirez (TOP GUN: MAVERICK), and his buddy, director Alba Rohrwacher, sister of friend/former costar Alma Rohrwacher.
Luca Marinelli reunited with Hideo Kojima at Il Cinema in Piazza festival where Kojima and director Dario Argento presented Sergio Leone's THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY.
Piccolo America's Facebook page has a 30 minute panel of Kojima, with Luca moderating.

- Kola Bokini, Moe Hashim and auxillary Greyhound Tanaka Mandimika were recently in Greece for a wedding.
- While Netflix's OFFICE ROMANCE starring Brett Goldstein and Jennifer Lopez was filming, there were some speculation that they were dating as they were papped out to dinner and plays. During the press push for the film, those rumours got a tad more credible when the pair appeared on the Ladbible's segment SNACK WARS they ate and drank from each other's offering.
I mean, they've kissed in the film so maybe that's not a bridge too far, but I can't stay that I've drank from my coworkers drink.
Now people are making fan edits. Is this Bennifer 3.0 or Brettifer? LoStein? I'll enjoy this speculation even though JLO shut the rumour down.

There was a lot of love at the London premiere of OFFICE ROMANCE as Moe Hashim, Phil Dunster and Toheeb Jimoh were in attendance.
Toheeb also bumped into auxillary Greyhound Joe Street at the Cannes Film Festival.
-From a possible newly formed romance (or sham pr romance), to a love transformed.

James Lance, Independent?
I've long suspected that James Lance and Kate Quilton had split, but each time I thought they there's a pic of them together, whether CarFest 2024 or the softball game at Newport Folk Fest in 2025 and I would think I got it wrong. There were other little things too that led me think it was a possiblity. Now I'm sure.
Like, 99.97% sure.

Also, someone commented on James' post about how they found love again after a loss and James didn't dissuade them from thinking it was a romantic post; but thanked them.

A crime was committed against me. The video interview of Luca Marinelli and Alessandro Borghi was set on autodub and my ears were assaulted by an Italian accented English that was not Marinelli or Borghi in my ears.
Thankfully, I can turn it off.

In our six days are nightmare will end when THE VAMPIRE LESTAT and his considerable considerables will be back on our screens.
Let it not be said that AMC did not go all out for promotion for this third season. It's understandable that a rebranded show will need a big push to establish itself, but I'm still kinda salty that season two did not have a big a push as this.
Fronting Rolling Stone is the Brat Prince himself, with a cover story.
Episode four of HALF MAN has aired and while I do miss Mitchell Robertson and Stuart Campbell, having Jamie Bell center stage is always a wonderful thing and he did not disappoint.
But a brief thought about this episode.
SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS I said SPOILERS for 1x4.
Over the weeks of HALF MAN airing, there have been theories that this is a FIGHT CLUB situation and that Ruben is a persona Niall conjured up. I call shenanigans on that because we have had so many people actually interacting with Ruben. If Ruben did not exist, who was Niall's friend responding to when he moved when told to "move" by Ruben while sat next to Niall? Why was Alby spooked by seeing Ruben in the pews? Why would Lori, sat next to Niall, tell him that Ruben was coming to the wedding?
But, I will concede that the sublime hospital scene may not have happened or, at least, happened how the audience saw it.
I'm all for a writer's vision so I would live with it, but I am hoping there's not a twist going on with that scene.
Reasons why it may be a dream/nightmare/wild interpration of an actual, more mellow conversation or just straight up fictional convo between Ruben and Niall for Niall's follow up book?:
-No one checking in on the Royal Rumble happening in the hospital room.
-Niall not hooked up to anything.
-Niall showing Ruben is surgical scar and it's in the same place as Ruben's scar.
-Ruben penetrating Niall with a hood ornament and Niall shaking it off as if nothing happened. Also, Ruben saying while doing that that this is what Niall always wanted from him. Calling Niall a cuck.
How would he know that?
-Ruben over him like when he lost his virginity.
-Ruben being more articulate (because it is hard for someone who is articulate to act as if they're not, so Niall had to imagine that Ruben is more well read now).
-Niall dragging Maura and Ruben for filth. I love my dear messy Niall, but he'd never be that forthright with Ruben, especially when it comes to mocking Maura's failed suicide attempt.
-Niall admitting that he wants to be Ruben and that he's p*ssy.
-Ruben apologizing to Niall.
What if they didn't reconnect after 14 years, but much, much later when it was the wedding and after Niall wrote a scandalous, sensationalized book in retaliation for Ruben apologizing to Joanna, Gus and everyone else, but him?
-First look images of Hannah and Octavia Spencer for the long gestating film RIDE OR DIE about two friends who think they know each other, until it turns out one is an international assassin. It also stars Ed Skrein and Bill Nighy.
-Brett Goldstein was at today's Netflix Upfronts in support of his rom-com with Jennifer Lopez, OFFICE ROMANCE.
This comes a day or so after it was announced that Brett has another series greenlit! ESCORTED, an eight episode series about a divorced dad (Goldstein) who becomes an escort.
