The rules are simple
Offer a couple, we vote on who tops. I am a scientist studying top/bottom placement headcanons. It’s a legitimate science don’t worry about it.
This is a NSFW headcanon blog, I won't put any explicit images but be mindful and if you are under 18 I would prefer you refrain from commenting on my posts
Rules
1) Any gender combos are allowed
2) No child characters or real people allowed (MAYBE an exception for historical figures). If you wanna submit something more abstract like objects or concepts...thats allowed. Furries & Monsters are allowed.
3) Arguments are allowed about these opinions but no serious drama. This is all for fun .
4) Be honest when answering, not congenial : meaning if you always write or draw character A topping answer that. Don’t go “oh but they can switch too :)” I am looking for real hard data here. This is serious research!
5) This is meant to be top/bottom, not dom/sub. That is a whole different axis. If you see A as a sub top and B as a dom bottom feel free to include that in comments or tags
6) Don’t like a pairing? Just scroll by
7) No bigotry, homophobia, transphobia, racism etc
8) I am not proship or antiship don’t involve me in any of that sort of argument this is a fun blog for silliness purposes
Requests
Requests are OPEN. Please submit character names, ship name(if there is one), and which media its from (if its from a more specific canon vs more general. Like for example: BBC Sherlock vs Sherlock as a general character)
If I do not post your request I may have decided to not run it, usually due to characters being too young for me to be comfortable with or if it is too much of a discourse fire hazard. I will try to publish majority of submissions. Don’t take it personally - it’s just my personal boundaries.
Due to personal reasons, Harry Potter ships will not be included, please refrain from requesting them
Options:
I propose a pairing (A X B ) and ask tumblr to vote on who tops (in YOUR mind. Be honest.)
-A tops
-A usually tops but B can top
-B tops
-B usually tops but A can top
-they switch almost equally
-they are asexual/in a non-sexual relationship
-they are sides (non-penetration)
I want to see if there is a universal formula for this. Does the smaller character usually get assigned bottom? Does the woman in heterosexual pairings? Lots of important questions here.
