Walk in your rainbow paradise

While drunk in a bar, Robin dares Steve to kiss the most attractive person in the room. Problem is: Billy AND Eddie are both there.
🍻
Steve was not drunk. He was completely hammered.
He couldn’t remember what the occasion was, but Robin and Vickie had started the night with a drinking game, and three hours later, they were barely able to stand up and laughing so hard Robin had actually fallen to the floor. Steve and Vickie had had to help her back onto the booth, and it took them ten more minutes to recover from another laughing fit.
“I can’t believe you just fell on your ass.” Said Steve. He had real tears in his eyes.
“That’s only because the room was moving.” She slurred, nodding to herself like she was completely making sense. “Like, it was tilting!”
Vickie laughed, and Robin pouted as she rested her face on her girlfriend’s shoulder. Damn, they were cute. He looked around the table and frowned when he realized all of the glasses were empty.
“We need more booze.” He said, and Vickie raised her hand, waving it around with a flourish.
“Pour us some shots, Jake!” she shouted, and the bartender, who was standing behind the counter next to them, rolled his eyes.
Apparently, he owed Vickie some favors, so he had been bringing drinks to their table all night. That was convenient, because Steve didn’t think any of them was able to walk straight, even less able to walk without spilling the drinks all over the floor.
Jake the bartender set three glasses on the table, and Steve was about to get one of them when Robin swatted his hand away. He glanced up at her, and Robin cackled at the look of betrayal and sadness on his face.
“We need a new game!” She said, and Vickie cheered.
Steve groaned, rubbing his cheek with his hand.
“I just want to drink!” he complained, and Robin and Vickie shared a look that he didn’t like at all.
“Well, since you’re such a killjoy, this one is going to be for you!” announced Robin.
“No, no, no!” he said, shaking his head. He had to stop. “Oh, that’s… Wow, I’m dizzy.”
Vickie looked around, clearly seeking inspiration for the new game, but Robin stopped her by grasping her hand with enthusiasm.
“I’ve got it!” she proclaimed, smiling triumphantly. She fixed her gaze on Steve, who shuddered.
“I dare you…” she started, looking around at the pretty full bar.
Steve closed his eyes and clasped his hands together, praying for something that wasn’t as terrible as the last one: giving a lap dance to a girl that was at her bachelorette party.
“I dare you to kiss the most attractive person in the bar.”
Vickie hooted, and Steve whined, his head falling back in despair. Robin laughed and high-fived Vickie, obviously not feeling sorry for him at all.
“No, Robin.” He begged, pouty lips and slumped shoulders. “You know how bad I am around hot people when I’m drunk. It’s like I can’t even function properly.”
Robin waved her hand dismissively.
“You don’t even have to talk to them, just one kiss.” she said, her eyes already scanning the room. She rubbed her hands expectantly. “Oh, this is exciting!”
“Yes! Who is it going to be?” joined Vickie, bumping her shoulder with Robin’s. They both dissolved in giggles.
Steve took a deep breath in and grabbed the glass, drowning the shot and placing it back on the table loudly as he stood up. Robin and Vickie started clapping and cheering, and he started walking towards the opposite end of the bar. His eyes darted around the room, looking for the hottest person there, and he felt his throat go dry when he found him.
Tall, long brown curls and nicely built, he was standing with one elbow propped on a high table, holding a beer on the other hand. His legs looked way too long to be fair in tight, distressed, black jeans, and Steve had a thing for guys in military boots. He also thought the place was too hot for leather jackets, but the man was rocking one and looked so good in it Steve wasn’t complaining. As he took a sip of his beer, the light caught on the rings decorating his long fingers. He was alone, and he looked like he was waiting for someone, so Steve took his chance.
He walked up to the gorgeous man, and before the other could even take a proper glance at Steve, he just pulled him closer by the collar of his jacket and smashed their mouths together.
It couldn’t even be considered as a kiss, because it lasted a total grand of five seconds, before Steve was pushed away by a very angry, threatening and also extremely hot guy. He was shorter than Steve and the other guy, but he looked more intimidating than anyone Steve had ever seen. His blond curls reached his shoulders, and he was wearing sinfully tight blue jeans and a loosely buttoned dark shirt. Even in the dimly lit club, Steve could see golden skin and taut muscles peeking through his shirt. His eyes, stunningly blue, were furious.
“What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” the guy asked, his chest puffing out and boring his beautiful but practically murderous eyes on Steve’s.
Steve had had way too much to drink to process the situation rationally, so his fuzzy brain came to the only logical conclusion it was able to.
“Oh, shit, I’m sorry!” he said, and he felt truly horrible. How could he? “I didn’t see you there! You’re totally hot too, seriously!”
And then he threw himself on the new guy, hooking his arms around his neck as he pressed their lips together.
It was Steve the one who pulled away first, a hand flying to his stomach. The two guys were staring at him like he had just grown an extra head, and Steve thought that yeah, they were definitely the two most attractive people he had ever met. In his entire life. It was very unfair.
“Oh my god.” Said Steve, and he brought a hand to his mouth. “What the hell was in that shot?”
He suddenly felt so sick, he didn’t look back as he rushed out of the room, looking for a bathroom. He just hoped to make it in time.
“Uhm, guys?” asked Max as she and Lucas came back to the table with more beers in their hands.
Billy turned back to look at his sister, whose expression was probably mirroring his own. Eddie also turned around, blinking slowly. No one said a thing, too busy trying to understand what had just happened. Max groaned.
”I can’t fucking take you anywhere, I swear”.
