So I was dreaming I was in a homeless shelter, in the line for dinner. I asked the server what was for dinner, and they replied turkey and passed me a plate. On the plate is a whole, comically huge, uncooked, alive turkey. I just stared at it, and the turkey stared back for a few seconds. It then opens it's beak and says in a posh English accent, "I'm as surprised as you are old chap."
I then said, "what a weird dream," and started hysterically laughing because even in my dream I knew this was absolutely ridiculous. I laughed myself awake. My brain conjured up a scenario so stupid that my conscious mind immediately knew and woke me up.
I've had all sorts of weird, horrific, stupid dreams before and kept sleeping, but a single talking turkey is apparently where my brain draws the line. In conclusion brains are fucking weird dude.
