One day Jerry's breath stinks so badly from eating cheap nogood dollarstore bacon that Elaine gives him a tic tac from her junk drawer. Jerry takes it with him as he walks home but spits it out on the sidewalk because it got stale and tasted like mostly rubberbands/AAA batteries. A police sensor records Jerry's antisocial behavior and triggers court mandated computer hypnosessions with the goal of rehabilitating him into society. The police send him a free hypnocomputer that he uses to improve his despicable behavior as well as for tantric masturbation. Kramer comes over and quickly becomes extremely jealous of Jerry's potent masturbation sessions and asks to borrow the hypnocomputer. Jerry says no way josé, which leads to an argument and Jerry kicks Kramer out of his apartment.

The next day Jerry gets so absorbed in a state of tantric pleasure triggered by a robot voice telling him to rub his perineum in a figure-eight motion with two fingers that he forgets to flip his bacon and sets off his apartment building's fire alarm, much to the chagrin of his neighbors who are all gathered on the rainy sidewalk. The image of the sidewalk gives Jerry flashbacks to when he spit the tic tac out and he begins to feel shame. He almost says "Oops, sorry!" to the police sensor but he realizes that wouldn't help. Jerry's Taking Responsibility behavorial reprogramming kicks in and he admits his culpability for the fire alarm to his neighbors on the sidewalk, who after noticing an economic opportunity in his state of emotional vulnerability proceed to kill him and strip the meat from his bones to sell to the Meat Patrol and the Bone Car. Meanwhile Kramer sneaks into Jerry's apartment and steals his hypnocomputer, giving him unlimited access to states of infinite pleasure. Seven days later a police officer comes to repossess the hypnocomputer and finds Kramer dead in his apartment from dehydration. Elaine goes to the tic tac store and gets a refund for 0.00001 cents, which she puts towards an ice cream cone. George wasn't in this episode because the camera couldn't find him
