Okay, babies, I know you’re dying to get to the part where I give you a step-to-step to changing your life forever, but this part is also important! I promise to be as brief as possible.
I was an ordinary girl, with an insane amount of screen time, bad self concept and a mentality of someone who wished everything and had nothing. I always saw stories of people in such bad conditions, like abusive relationships, extreme poverty, etc — and they all were able to succeed in the law, so why couldn’t I? I had a stable family, enough money to live well and good friends.
The thing is: I knew I was meant for something bigger. I wanted to go back and change the bad decisions I made (like going to a different school) and redesign my life so I could have the best opportunities.
And I tried everything for 2 years, BUT DON’T FREAK OUT!!! You can do it in seconds. All it took was to recognize my mistake: the problem was persistence… I tried everything relentlessly but gave up the second I opened my eyes and didn’t see my dream life in the 3D.
I always read the same bullshit but never truly applied it correctly, specially since I consumed so much, detaining useless information and overlaying it with the basics (like Neville teachings — I swear he saved me).
After so long of scrolling on Tik Tok, X, Tumblr and others, I decided to try the obvious: reading Neville Goddard books. I read most of them and it worked really well for me: it was basically what I already knew, but reduced to the simplest and explained in a very easy way — I know most people are bored of books or even long posts nowadays but it is so worth it. After fully comprehending the power I hold and how simple it could be to have my dream life, that’s when everything changed.
2. THE MIND SHIFT 𝜗𝜚
In my opinion, the most crucial part in a manifestation journey is reprogramming your mind. This is just my opinion, alright? Don’t come for me — manifestation can different for everyone. Now, how did I reprogram my mind: robotic affirming for a day. I had a hard time believing that it would work, but I read a study about neuroscience that had no LOA base, proving that you can change your belief system through affirming, so… I believed it and tried, even though I didn’t believe in my affirmations. I honestly think believing is very important, despite what some people say, I just think it makes everything easier, then again, that’s my own experience.
When I felt like I had enough of affirming and that I was ready to move on with it, I just listened to a “detach” subliminal and moved on with my day. Later that night, I wrote a success story of what I wanted in my journal: waking up in my dream life, then, I did the #goat SATS method: I went to bed and visualized a very detailed scene where I woke up in my dream room, with my dream body and face. I tried to use all of my senses, doing it over and over again.
3. LIVING IN THE END 𝜗𝜚
Then, I decided that no matter what, I was waking up to that scene in the morning. Did I waver? Fuck, yes, but I went back to my desired story immediately, convincing myself that it was going to happen. I just knew I was waking up in my dream life, no matter how hard my thoughts tried to deny me that. Then I fell asleep and… guess what? 🤭🤭🤭
4. THE END 𝜗𝜚
Yep, buddies, I woke up in my dream life. It was all so insane and it didn’t even compared to my visualization: the butterflies in my stomach were so much more intense, my smile was the biggest one I ever wore and everything felt so magical. I’ve been in this for a while, but sometimes I still am shocked at how perfect everything is now — I know it feels impossible for you now, but it did for me, too, and look at me now.
Keep on. Persist. You won’t regret it. Not everyone knows about law of assumption, assume your privilege and use it to your favor, cause whether you like it or not, you will manifest your entire existence — so just do it wisely, fully aware!

Daily Mental Rehearsal: Step-by-Step Technique 🌸
To become who you want to be, the teachings of Magic of the Mind advise us to start within! Berlay provides a clear daily practice to impress your desires on the mind. The discipline is simple but requires consistency. Here is a step-by-step guide based on Magic of the Mind for shifting into your dr or any goal you choose:
1. Set Aside Focused Imagination Time:
Reserve at least 15–30 minutes every morning after waking and every night before sleep for your creative mental work . These twilight states (just after waking, and before drifting to sleep) are when your mind is relaxed and highly receptive. Make this a “sacred” routine because it’s when you’ll consciously create and fulfill your desires each day. Importantly, approach it with a playful, relaxed attitude, so do not strain or “try to force” results. As Berlay emphasizes: “DON’T TRY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.” Simply imagine and feel; allow the process to unfold.
2. Happily Assume It is Done:
Begin your session by centering on the feeling that your wish is already fulfilled. Bring to mind your specific desire like for example, being a rich and influential content creator with millions of followers, perfect health and looks, a loving partner, and a beautiful home. Now assume, just for this moment, that all of it is now reality. Convince yourself for these minutes that your dream life is here. This is what Berlay calls “happily assume that fulfillment is present.” Approach it with joy and confidence, as if you just accomplished all your goals.
3. Rehearse the Natural Consequences:
Once you feel it is done, let your imagination play out the scene of your life in that reality. Berlay instructs to “silently rehearse in happy imagination that which would naturally follow its presence.” In other words, mentally live the day-to-day truth of your wish fulfilled. For a moment, forget about “wanting” these things and pretend you already have them and imagine what happens next. For example, see yourself waking up in your dream home, with the decor and view you’ve always wanted. Perhaps you check your phone and see thousands of new positive messages from fans because you’re a famous influencer. Feel the excitement and gratitude of this. Then maybe you walk to your mirror and see your desired appearance, looking exactly as you’ve envisioned. Smile and feel proud! You might then go through your day as this version of you: meeting with your creative team, filming a video that gets millions of views, or attending a VIP event. Include the loving presence of your desired partner or SP in your scenes as well, imagine them congratulating you on a big success or just lovingly spending time in your gorgeous home together. Make the scene as real and natural as possible.
4. Engage All Your Senses & Emotions:
While you imagine these scenes, embody the experience fully. Berlay suggests using vivid sensory details: if there’s a trophy or award in your dream, feel its weight and cool metal in your hands; hear the crowd applauding and your friends saying “Congrats!” or even your haters side-eyeing. If you’re imagining wealth, perhaps feel the texture of a check or cash in your hand, or imagine logging into your bank account and seeing a huge number or using apple/samsung pay on a massive purchase (and feel the thrill!). To imagine your ideal appearance, look in an imaginary mirror and see your face/body as you want it, maybe run your fingers through your hair or try on a fabulous outfit and feel how great it fits. The key is to generate the feelings you’d have if all this were undeniably real, the pride, joy, relief, gratitude, confidence. This emotional charge is what impresses the subconscious most deeply . Berlay writes that you should rehearse “in the highest joy of which you are capable,” joyfully celebrating your “victory” as if it’s already won . Enjoy your pretend reality. Make it feel like the best day ever, or a very fulfilling normal day in your ideal life.
5. Inner Conversation and Self-Talk:
Berlay also recommends using inner speech to solidify the assumption. In your imagination, have short mental conversations where you share your good news with those close to you . For example, hear a friend or family member say “I’m so happy for your success, you truly have everything you ever wanted!” and mentally respond “Yes, it’s amazing, I feel so blessed and excited about life.” Feel their arms hug you or see their smiling face as they congratulate you. You can also silently tell yourself affirmations in first person: e.g., “I am so grateful that I’m now a successful pop star/superhero/doctor living my dream life. I have a healthy, beautiful body, a loving partner, and wealth flows to me easily.” Such inner dialogues further convince your subconscious that this is real and happening. (Be sure to frame these thoughts in the present tense, as happening now, not in the future.)
6. “Act” It Out in Mind Throughout the Day:
Beyond your dedicated morning/night sessions, Berlay says to use every free moment to briefly reconnect with your desired state. “During every free moment, silently and joyfully act out in your mind its natural consequences… feel and wear your new self-image.” This means if you’re walking the dog, driving, or showering, you can daydream little snippets of your wish fulfilled. Keep it light and fun! For instance, as you drink your coffee you might momentarily imagine you’re sipping it on the balcony of your new mansion, or when you get dressed you feel like you’re putting on a designer outfit for a photoshoot. These quick mental flashbacks of your already shifted self help reinforce the assumption. Carry the feeling of your new identity with you as much as possible. Berlay calls it “wearing your new self-image” like putting on a costume, you become that version of you in thought, and eventually in fact.
7. Remain Faithful and Don’t Entertain Doubt:
Once you’ve begun this practice, COMMIT TO IT FAITHFULLY. Make it a delightful habit. If doubts or the old reality creep up (e.g., “This isn’t real” or noticing current limitations), don’t dwell on them, just gently replace the thought with your desired story or use a firm mental command like “Cancel. I already have it!” (one of Berlay’s students would literally say “cancel” out loud to dismiss negative thoughts). Remember that any attention to lack is just planting more unwanted seeds. So, persist in the assumption that you are already the successful, wealthy, loved person you wish to be. Whenever you catch yourself reacting to 3D circumstances (“3D” meaning the current physical reality) with frustration or disbelief, pause and rehearse the preferred reality again in mind. This consistent mental discipline will keep your subconscious locked on the target.
By following these steps, you are essentially shifting your state of awareness to dwell in your desired reality. Berlay assures that once the idea is sufficiently impressed, your desire will materialize, it moves from imagination into the tangible world as soon as it has enough mental energy behind it . At that point, events will unfold (often in surprising, ingenious ways) to bring you what you imagined, because the subconscious has accepted it as true and is obliged to prove it.

Adopt the Right Inner Identity: Begin to think of yourself as already the person you want to be. In your private thoughts, drop descriptions like “I wish I could be successful” and replace them with confident statements like “I am successful. I am influential and wealthy.” Your self-image sets the boundaries of what you’ll experience. If you consistently identify as a thriving influencer who has an amazing life, opportunities and ideas that match that identity will naturally flow to you . Claim it internally first.
Guard Your Mind and Focus on What You Want: Berlay teaches that mental discipline is crucial. Pay attention to your everyday thoughts and words. Eliminate negative self-talk or complaints that contradict your desire (for example, stop saying things like “Ugh, I look terrible” or “I’ll never be famous” – such thoughts are creative and will hold those unwanted conditions in place). Instead, speak of things how you want them to be: talk about your projects succeeding, imagine compliments about your appearance, dwell on scenarios of winning. If an undesirable thought slips out, do as one of Berlay’s students did: say “cancel” or mentally erase it, then immediately affirm the positive alternative. Consistency here can quickly reform your dominant patterns; even long-held limiting beliefs can be overwritten in a matter of weeks with persistent new thinking.
Stay Joyful and Confident: Berlay places a big emphasis on joy. The process of imagination should be enjoyable, like a child playing make-believe. When you’re in a state of happy expectation, you are in the ideal “receiving mode.” So, do whatever helps you get into a high-spirited, inspired mood before your visualization sessions – perhaps listen to uplifting music, read an inspiring quote, or recall a moment of genuine gratitude . She notes that finding a “note of inspiration” (a poem, a beautiful scene, etc.) can “lift your spirits as you fly away with that elusive bird called ‘imagination.’” Enjoy the process; it shouldn’t feel like hard work. The more real and joyous your inner experience, the faster it impresses the subconscious. And once you’ve imagined and felt it real, go about your day with confidence knowing that the seed has been planted. Avoid digging it up with worry. As Berlay says, don’t force or hurry; just faithfully assume it and let the universe do its part. Faith is crucial: trust that it’s coming. In fact, operate as though it’s already a done deal, and you’re simply waiting for the appointed hour for it to appear.
Ensure Your Desire Feels Right to You: One subtle point Berlay makes is asking, “Is your desire morally justified?” . This means your goal should be positive, life-giving, and not harmful to others. In manifestation, ethically sound desires tend to manifest more smoothly because you won’t have internal guilt or conflict about them. Wanting to be famous, someone who uplifts others, to enjoy wealth and love, is absolutely fine and wonderful and there is nothing “selfish” about fulfilling your potential and being happy. Just intend that your success benefits everyone (which it will, as you inspire those that look up to you and care for your loved ones). When you feel your goal is good and aligned with your values, you’ll embrace it more wholeheartedly. Then you can proceed with no inner reservations, which supercharges your manifesting practice.
Finally, remember that creation is an ongoing process. Even after you achieve one goal, you’ll likely set new ones and that’s the beauty of it! Magic of the Mind teaches that you are the master of your fate, the captain of your soul, through the thoughts you consistently entertain. So this isn’t a one-time trick but a life-long power. You can continuously shift your reality as you grow and evolve. Today’s daydream is inevitably tomorrow’s reality if you persist. “Today’s dream is tomorrow’s reality,” as Shakespeare is quoted in the book, so dare to dream big for yourself, and use Berlay’s techniques to nurture those dreams into existence!
frankly, nothing. “wait, but what about affirming 100 times, counting, subliminals, and visualization? what about the senses!? beau sos!” no no, don’t fret my pupil, yes. surprise! you can actually do nothing and still shift! my nothing consists of just intention, and going to sleep because i don’t know about you, but i’d rather go to bed and wake up in my dr rather than do an 1000 step method and then wake up in my dr. if you really are into the steps, organization, and all that stuff, you go for it. for me? no.
loa (law of assumption) is a HUGE thing for me and in my realities. i use it for everything. its apart of me. it’s also how i manifest quickly when i want too. for those who don’t know, loa is basically just assuming you have something, and then getting that something. or thats how i see it haha. i assume im a master shifter (which i am), assume im a master manifester (which i also am) and those two go hand in hand. and then boom, i wake up in my dr/waiting room/etc because i know i will. its not “okay, im doing this method, and i might shift.” its “im doing this method and i will shift because i already have. fuck. i’m actually really good at it.”
and so then i shift naturally, because it should feel natural. shifting is natural.
2. do you just wake up in your dr or is there more to it?
nope you just wake up there. like you do in your current reality. also, along these current reality and dr lines. stop thinking of this reality or whatever reality your in as your “anchor reality.” stop thinking of it as your safe reality or as the reality you “belong in.” you belong in EVERY reality, not just this one. when i started off shifting, i used to think of this reality all the time. then i noticed. that was what was keeping me here. my consent connection with this reality. well guess what, you can feel that way about every other reality. feel that way, and i promise you it will help a lot when shifting so your dr doesn’t seem so distant from you.
also, i would like to put out there, ive been shifting for quite a while. traveling across time, and realities, ive learned a lot. and so i made myself my own little dimension in a way. i like to call it that but of course its just my waiting room haha. waiting rooms, in my opinion, should be used by everyone. they’re immaculate and help so so much. i love mine and live in mine!
what do i mean by that?
i wake up in my wr (waiting room) every morning. “WHAT?!” mhm. yeah. you heard me. i don’t wake up in my drs, i ALWAYS wake up in my waiting room first, and then go. i just feel more comfortable that way so i can prepare myself a bit and relax before hand. my wr, for context, is a big witchy cottage in the middle of no where thats pretty whimsical and the inside gives off the secret world of arrietty vibes (shout out to that movie it changed my life i love it sm) and my room is similar to arriettys! everything seems inlarged and i have a bunch of plants, a black cat, a flying broom, and a nice witchy kitchen with my spell books and potions and whatever. my waiting room is a mix of kiki’s delivery service and the secret world of arrietty vibes since studio glibli just gives off waiting room vibes haha. but yeah, i always wake up there, and then chose to wake up here, in my other realities, so on. little fun info, i go to my realities in my waiting room but casting a spell that has to do with that reality from my “reality book” in my waiting room, a door shows up in front of me (i usually cast outside either near my porch or backyard) and go through it to my reality either waking up it in or just showing up there as the door disappears behind me.)
3. how do i connect with my drs?
i would recommend doing some channeling or just thinking of your dr more often. that’s what i do! i don’t mean day dreaming constantly about your dr because that could surprisingly make you more distant from it, but just thinking as your dr self, and so on. thinking as your dr self is really good and is what i used to shift when i was first starting. i went throughout my day even at school thinking, “gosh, when i get home i gotta go do more reports and then investigate still.” (i was going to a dr where i was a master detective) and just thought like that, and felt as if i was already there, which you are. keep telling yourself shifting is natural, you’re already there, and that you’re a master at it. the more you say it, the more you believe it, and then it happens.
4. is meditation really that important?
yes. me personally, i’m a huge spiritual voodoo. you’ll see me upside down doing my poses or just doing some chakra meditations normally haha. of course, not everyone is like that. as someone with adhd, i actually did not like it at all when i first started because it’s just sitting still for so long and my body can’t really do that all the time, but with yoga added, or just some light tapping, or anything of that sort, ive grown to love it, and it helps me stay still for a lot longer. i feel so calm doing it, and it helps me reflect on shifting, helps set my intentions deep within me, and just helps me feel more like a shifter in general. it doesn’t even have to be a shifting meditation. it can be any. don’t worry, and start slow if you don’t already meditate regularly. i recommend morning and evening 5 minute meditations to start, and as the months progress, start doing 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes. my meditations are usually around 30 minutes in the morning with yoga and then 15 in the evening with yoga. as they all say, it’s just good for the mind in general. i very much recommend doing meditation if you don’t already!
5. what is the main thing when it comes to shifting?
belief. okay? yes, belief. tell me, let’s say your doing figure skating, which is a sport i do in this cr so it’s just easier for me to explain, and you want to achieve quad rotations on your jumps which is jumping in the air and doing four rotations before landing back on the ice again; if you don’t believe you can do that, are you going to achieve it? if you study your ass off in a class but still thinking badly of yourself in it and say “god i absolutely suck at this class and always get bad grades in this particular class”, do you think you will be able to improve at that class? the straight up answer is no. there is no other answer.
so shut up and shift damn it.
i don’t want to hear any more “why am i still waking up in my cr? i suck at shifting. i never shift. i can’t shift.” actually shut the fuck up because you’re making it worse. you can shift. you are shifting, actually. shifting has always been apart of you because it is you. use it. use your shifting power and shift. believe you can. that’s is the main thing when it comes to shifting. belief. the more you know and believe that you are able to achieve something, the easier it is. same thing goes with shifting.

this is gonna be a long ish post because I have to explain ... so many things. so stick with me because i am still in disbelief.
ive had difficulty keeping my faith in shifting. im not going to lie to you. even now im doubting myself if i even did just now. but i know deep in my fucking heart , i just shifted
for the past few days , ive been trying to get myself to shift by lucid dreaming. i kept telling myself , " i am awake now , i am going to check later if i still am " just a bit before i go to sleep. that , and a good half an hour or an hour long of subliminals until i sleep
last night , i told myself i was going to shift. that's it. did i fully believe in that statement ? fuck no . half of myself was just saying that out of habit at that point .
going through youtube , i couldn't find a good subliminal so i just left it at that. listening to no subliminals , sleeping without affirmations .
i've always theorized that the realities mix in in our dreams . it's a very portal to every single reality our mind is aware of. i was proven right
the dream itself was forgotten to me — almost , actually . as i was writing this , i suddenly remembered that i dreamt i was watching TikTok with my s/o . he was jealous over me laughing with someone else so he asked me what i was watching . anyways , back to the post .
however , i remember that someone came up to me telling me that they could help me. for the first time , i realized i was dreaming and that i needed to shift
i found myself in a bed somewhere and closed my eyes. i unconsciously adapted the pose i woke up in this reality as well — on my back , looking to my right . then i just told myself —
" okay , i'm shifting "
the way my entire body started vibrating ? i usually don't feel explicit fucking sensations in my dreams . if i did , i would have remembered because ive been dreaming every night recently .
my entire body wouldn't stop vibrating . i felt , in a way , that the world around me was actually disappearing and replacing . i had my eyes ' closed ' in the ' dream ' so i felt and even heard everything changed .
it took me a while but when i almost forcefully opened my eyes , i was at a room i don't recognize . it's not any of the realities i was going to . so , i closed my eyes with the knowledge that i still fucking shifted
closing my eyes again , i kept feeling that massive tingling sensation running through my entire body . it was so long until i felt myself change realities again
it felt almost like a waiting room. i remember long ago , i wanted my waiting room to be in the ocean. so i looked outside and started affirming —
i am ...
i'm dating ...
i live in ...
etc. , etc.
the thing is , as i started affirming , i could see and hear myself in that reality. my s/o , the place i lived in. everything.
when i closed my eyes again , i felt the vibrations come again . the bad part , i had let myself hear what was going on in this reality . my phone notification , the wind hitting hard against my window , everything until i moved awake
the sensations came back to me slowly and i woke up
did i reach the actual place i was shifting to ? clearly , not
did that entire shift make me believe again ?

don't rant to me or something that i made a post called " shifting for the first time " and you claim it to be ' mini-shifting ' . i may not have went to my desired reality , but i sure as well fucking went somewhere that wasn't this hell hole. a so called mini-shift , is a shift
it will never not differ from dreams ive had for the past few weeks , now . i felt everything , i was conscious i was in a dream , and that everything was within my reach
i am shifting again . it was like a glimpse of what could have been . the being that helped me in my dream definitely made my first shift more complicated but i'm still grateful for them

you don't need to view loa as "simple" or "easy", you just need to imagine yourself as a force stronger than it. of course you manifest everything easily, its you. of course you shift on every try, why wouldn't you, at your skill level?
you need to become the level 100000 boss they talk about in those strange mobile ads. no, loa/shifting doesn't have to be the lvl 0 noob, but you can be overpowered, for sure.
become a total chad towards loa and spirituality. be so pretentious and annoying towards it that the law is FORCED to bow down to you.
always form your own beliefs on shifting. do not spend your journey relying on the beliefs and opinions of others. it is YOUR reality. you get to choose what happens.

Bom, eu não sou novata na lei ou shifting, sempre estive em várias comunidades consumindo conteúdos compulsivamente, mas nunca cheguei a postar absolutamente nada ou interagir com alguém por pura vergonha rs. O motivo de eu estar postando agora é para falar sobre a minha revisão de vida. Eu achei que a minha vez nunca chegaria KAKAKAKAKAKAKA Mas felizmente chegou.
Antes de entrar na comunidade da LDS e do não dualismo, eu já fazia parte da comunidade shifting. Passei por muitas frustrações, desisti várias vezes, mas sempre acabava voltando. O problema é que eu nunca achei que eu iria conseguir alguma coisa de fato. Desde pequena, eu sempre tive uma '"síndrome de figurante". Na minha cabeça, eu só servia pra fugir da realidade através da imaginação. Sempre fui aquela aluna que ninguém sabia que existia. As amizades eram passageiras e nunca evoluíam para “melhores amigos”. Tudo parecia um tédio. Eu passava 24h criando RPGs, scripts, cenários fictícios e lendo fanfics como forma de "fuga da realidade”.
Inclusive, eu sempre fui daquelas que AMAVA fazer script mais do que qualquer outra coisa. E quando conheci o conceito de "vida revisada”, não foi diferente. Eu fiz um script e mudei TUDO: nome, idade, aparência, história, familiares, amigos etc. Acho que a única coisa que eu mantive foi o meu aniversário KAKAKAKKAKAKAK
Apesar do consumo excessivo de conteúdo, eu também era uma pessoa bem preguiçosa. Principalmente quando entendi que não existiam métodos milagrosos e que eu já estava vivendo a minha vida revisada, porque não existe tempo ou futuro para ser alcançado. Claro que também tive dias péssimos, principalmente quando o 3D/físico mostrava o oposto do que eu tinha manifestado. Mas o que realmente me ajudou foi a observação e a meditação. Antes, eu observava meus pensamentos negativos do jeito errado, eu fazia exatamente o que NÃO era pra fazer: tentar limpar ou controlar eles. Quando aprendi que observar é apenas notar, sem julgamento, eu finalmente me senti livre.
Os pensamentos surgiam, eu notava sem julgar e sem lutar contra, e eles iam embora sozinhos.
Peguei o hábito da meditação de um canal de meditação que eu gostava (que me fez muito bem) e mantenho até hoje. Não pretendo parar. Até que um dia, eu tive um sonho lúcido da minha vida revisada. Era doido demais, mas eu fiquei feliz KKKKKKKK. Depois acordei e fiquei meio desanimada, mas voltei a dormir e aceitei aquela vida que eu tinha sonhado como realidade (tirando as loucuras do sonho, ÓBVIO KAKAKAKAKAKAKA). Então eu acordei novamente...
Tudo tinha mudado, só que eu não tinha percebido ainda KKKKKKKKK. A primeira coisa que fiz foi pegar o celular e abrir o TikTok, como sempre. Eu só me toquei que estava na minha vida revisada quando o meu SP do 0 tinha me mandado mensagem. Eu dei um pulo na cama quando vi a notificação. Depois percebi que tudo tinha mudado, olhei ao redor do quarto e me levantei correndo pra me olhar no espelho. Eu parecia uma maluca, tocando em tudo pra ver se era real. E era. KKKKKKKKKKKK

I get it now, sort of, but its THAT simple??
Context, like, I was sick, and I was like "You know, I'm gonna shift somewhere where I'm not sick" cause who likes being sick. AND I DID? I'M NOT SICK ANYMORE WHAT??
There was no big kumbaya, no lights nothing just "huh i'm not sick anymore" and frankly I get what people mean now. It's simple but like WHY DID MY FIRST SHIFT HAVE TO BE ME FED UP WITH BEING SICK.
1. I can't read fanfics without feeling uncomfortable or getting second hand embarrassment because I've actually met these people so I just feel weird 😭
2. After I shifted and came back especially the first couple of times, I genuinely started questioning everything about life. The fact that I could live different lives made me appreciate my cr life and learned to see beauty in bad parts. I started to not takes things too seriously or too personal because this place is temporary.
3. Watching content abt my dr sometimes gives me a strong sense deja vu like "I remember fliming that but im not there"
4. My perspective of certain people changed, not in a bad way tho. I have a kpop dr and i became a fan of bts when I was still in middle school. Being a child i definitely saw bts as these beautiful perfect people but actually living with them made me realize that they're far from perfect and thats okay. If anything it makes me love them more.
5. The memories you get when you shift. When I shifted to my bts dr, I called my mom and we were talking abt like stuff I did as a kid and immediately knew what she was talking about and the imagine of the memory popped up in my head like it does here. Its one of those things that make you realize how real shifting is.

And surprisingly, they all converge on the same subject: consciousness—its creations, and how illusory the thing we so firmly call “reality” can be.
Shifting is not a discovery; it’s opening your eyes to something that was always there. Believing in shifting isn’t an act of rebellion against reality—it’s a concept that has existed under different names for a long time. When Einstein immersed himself in the confusing realm of quantum physics, he concluded that nothing is as simple or orderly as we think. The investigations became so bizarre that he famously questioned, “Is the moon there when no one is looking at it?”—a reflection born from quantum theory’s suggestion that particles behave like waves when unobserved and like solid particles when observed, collapsing previous ideas, flattening our simplistic image of the world, and revealing the strong possibility that everything—everything—is a creation of our precious mind.
The next time you think you’re stupid for believing in something so unreal, step out of your ridiculous bubble of negativity and actually look at reality. Science isn’t limited to rigidity—it’s absurdly magical. Philosophy has been talking about this for centuries. Religion is an attempt to explain the absurdity of existence. And art constantly shows us the creative potential of the human being, even when we feel insignificant.
Einstein himself believed that consciousness wasn’t limited to an individual mental state, but rather a kind of cosmic connection.

what makes you think you have to wait? what's stopping you from getting whatever you want right this second? the 3D? nah.
the second you manifest something, you get it. period point blank. this is your world, and you decide when you want shit to happen.
stop putting a timer on manifestation entirely. your desires have no schedule. just affirm what you want, and get it. there's no need to make it a big thing.
