While the marauders are at Hogwarts, every year on 04 of October, they find Minnie and sing her happy birthday.

When they are adults they send a Howler of them singing.

The year after James and Lily Potter died, it was only Remus. Once Sirius escaped they sent them together again.

After the Battle of Hogwarts, no one was there to sing it to her. She was very heartbroken to think of her birthday coming and no one was there so sing to her.

Then one year, while Teddy is at Hogwarts, Minnie gets a happy surprise. On her birthday, Teddy goes to say hello to his parents like he always does, and Remus tells him to find Prof. McGonagall and bring her to his portrait.

When he does, Remus sings it to her once again, and Minnie cries for the first time in a long time.

“I only thought it was fair, Mum. I love you.” Remus’ painting said.

Teddy always sings happy birthday while looking like Remus. From then on.

On that awful year that Minnie isn’t there to see her birthday, Teddy goes to her grave to sing her Happy Birthday one last time.

Just a cute little thing I like to think about. Because we all know abt the reunion between Remus and Sirius got RUDELY interrupted by Snape, i like to think that wasn’t their first reunion that year. I like to believe that when Remus got hired, he would put the fear back into Snape, and with his best friend, Sirius, out of Azkaban, they could work a little magic and prank the shit out of Snape. They left subtle hints of “Harry knows”, “Lily knows what you’re doing to Harry”, and many more. Along with making Snape see Sirius’ animagus form, but only out of the corner of his eye to make him think he was nuts. Snape would run crying to Dumbeldore about how “he’s here Albus, I know he is. He’s everywhere I turn. He’s on the grounds. You have to believe me.” And Dumbeldore will just smile and tell him not to worry, that’s why the dementors are there.

Also, we all know Minnie McG was in on it eventually. Remus runs into her (literally), causing Remus to drop all the hand-sighed “-Lily<3” notes and she just grins and asks “up to old antics, are we Moony?” And he would just say “I would never do it alone Minnie.” And they continue about their days as if he wasn’t tormenting the SHIT out of that prick Snape.

(P.s. I am a proud Snape and Dumbeldore anti… not sorry.)

TW: self-harm

WHAT IF- and hear me out on this one.

There’s a LOT of theories about Neville Longbottom self-harming. Like, the poor kid. Anyways, what if the first teacher to notice was Prof. Sprout. Like that’s why she took him in like a son. She thought him the only things she really knew how, and that’s where his love for plants came from.

Then it was Prof. McG. She only handed him a few biscuits and told him her door was always open. She kept a close eye on him after that. She has learned from other students (*cough* Sirius *cough*) what different home lives can do to a student, so she always made sure he understood how to do his work, helped him get that extra help that he needed to understand.

Then it HAD to be Prof. Lupin. He knew how hard school could be when you’re a “reject”. He and his friends knew all too well. He also knew what it was like to be different. So he gave Nev that little push to stand up against his worst fear, Remus’ favorite person to prank, Snape. He told him exactly what to do and then showed him how to get rid of his fear. After class a few days later he pulled Neville into his office and told him some of the pranks he and his friends pulled on Prof. Snape to cheer him up over a cup of tea and of course some chocolate.

Finally, after all of his teachers noticing, Snape heard and sees it himself. He knew that he was mostly to blame, but being the shitty person he is, he didn’t care too much. But after he heard that he himself was Neville’s worst fear, he let up a bit. After a stern talking to from Prof. Lupin, Prof. Snape backed off a bit. Remus will always scare Severus, because he knows what he’s capable of, even as adults.

I like to think that our wonderful Minnie McG was a sweetheart and compassionate person until that awful day the marauders met.

She never swore, never drank, she always had a cool temper when dealing with temper tantrum children. Then one day, when dealing the the mischief bunch of misfits, she realized that she would be dealing with them for seven years.

That night she stormed up to dumbledors office and they cracked a bottle of fire whiskey and he listened to her complain. While complaining, she said more swears than even he knew, she got completely trashed, beyond blackout, and that’s when he decided that he would not only be hearing of their troubles more often, but he would be very excited to thank them for breaking Minnie out of her professional bonds.

Okay that’s all.

Also Remus wasn’t the dad friend it was james and you cannot change my mind. :)

I have this little theory....

What if there was a reverse Accio charm/spell?? Like instead of it coming to you, it threw you to it??

So obviously we’ve all seen the “Accio my parents” from Harry and their dead bodies come flying in, but what if it was the opposite. And like, people couldn’t use it in hogwarts just like the apparition one. Because like, they could use it to fly to class or whatever. But it would called something that sounds nothing like Accio, because then you couldn’t get them confused.

“Dremda” or something like that.

Ok, but hear me out

What if, at Hinny’s wedding, to please Aurther, Ginny and him danced to a muggle song?? (i.e. you can let go now daddy) because that’s like his life??? Like he would be fascinated but also sad to see his only daughter go.

And like, what if she did this with everyone? Like George’s first dance would be something more upbeat, fit for his personality, then the second one was something abt Fred being gone (i.e. I drive your truck)???

And like some awesome dragon music for Charlie and some Halloween song abt werewolves for Bill. And Percy gets to pick his own song because he’s so picky. And for Ron they can pick some song idk. I have to ideas for him. (I’m the worst ik)

And like, because Lily is y’know... Harry dances with either Minerva or Molly, because they really are the only mother figures he has. (Or in a perfect world Petunia comes and they get a happy ending ((wishful thinking🙄))) and they dance to some sappy classical song or something.

And my final thought, what if, since Ginny gets to dance with her brothers, Harry dances with Hermione, his sister. Because that would make me happy and I’ve been reading a lot of headcannons.
