Fix it, achieve in spite of it, or quit. Those are your only options. Complaining isn't helping solve anything at this point.

Self-explanatory
RESPECT
"Respect for ourselves guides our morals; respect for others guides our manners." -- Laurence Sterne

So glad I'm out of these types of situations and environments!
PERFECT!!!
In order for you to insult me, I would first have to value your opinion.
WOW, I wish I had found this before I quit!!!
I have a dream that other people’s lack of planning isn’t my problem. I have a dream that your bad day doesn’t entitle you to ruin mine. I have a dream that your stupid cousin we had to hire can actually perform his job. I have a dream that vendor capabilities presentations always include...
Don't mistake this fake smile and professional body language. I'd punch you in the throat if I knew I wouldn't lose my job. Via someecards

Guest Post
The following was written by someone who used to work for the same company where I am currently employed... I'm not the only one!

I really like my job. It is very challenging, stressful and demanding. These attributes are clearly offset by a supportive boss, excellent executive leadership, and a sense of pending and inevitable success. Making presentations in the boardroom of a Fortune 500 company is fulfilling and enlightening. Every other place I have worked is/was envious of the situation I live. The company is less than 20 years old. There is great heritage with our divisions, smart dedicated people. It is a matter of drawing the best out and leveraging, not of dominance, not of cowardice and deception.
Whereas my last place of employment was filled with impending doom, scorn, excoriation, belittlement, leadership embarrassment and some of the most backwards thinking I have ever experienced.
Stuff that truly took decades at my old place of employment is done in my new experience in 6 month time frames. I laugh when I look at the facts. That's what happens when you have employees not appointed drones.
How to Tick People Off
Reply to everything someone says with "That's what YOU think."
Ask your co-workers mysterious questions, then scribble their answers in a notebook. Mutter something about psychological profiles...
Highlight irrelevant information in scientific papers and CC them to your boss.
Leave the copier machine set to reduce 200%, extra dark, 17 inch paper, 99 copies.
And here's the big annual trade show meeting (one month from the opening, by the way).
Welcome to my staff meetings!
15 Year Anniversary
So my manager comes into my office this morning and says: "So, I'm sure you're aware, and painfully so, that it's time for your 15 Year Service Award." What the F*** did she mean by that!? Painful for me...or her?
