Mahmoud is a friend of mine, i've been talking to him for a while now, and they have my utmost confidence. Additionally, they're vetted by @90-ghost.
Mahmoud is still weak after donating blood to his niece Eileen, and now his other niece suffers from the same condition.
Please, please donate. If you have a regular income, you KNOW you're gonna get paid at the end of the month. I don't know if my friend is going to be alive by tomorrow, as the bombing never stops. If you CAN'T donate, then just SHARE IT. Make the effort of talking to people, tag your mutuals, be active.
"I can kiss you yet I cannot touch you." They whispered, their hand phasing through their lover's body. "Yet I can touch you but cannot kiss you." They whispered back, their ghostly touch like ice.
"A god should be unable to die, yes?" A smile graces the villain's lips, their head raised upwards - towards the sky.
"A god is an immortal, they cannot die. I cannot die." The hero stands tall, arms lowered to their sides. Determined by their lack of mortality, they return the smile.
The villain doesn't lower their gaze, as if they hadn't heard the hero.
"What are you even looking at?" Lifting their head to the sky, they feel a sharp pain in their torso. They choke back a scream, their gaze returning to the other.
In the villain's hand is something indistinguishable, even to the hero's eye. It is but a blur as they are forced to kneel, covering their wound with both hands.
The villain approaches, their expression unmoving.
"Why don't we test that then?"
The hero stared down at the villain, who was surrounded in a pool of their own blood. There were cheers coming from their fellow allies, but their heart twinged with regret.
They crouched down, gently picking them up.
“Hey, it’s over.” They said, voice quivering with fear. “Y-you can wake up now.”
They gazed into the villain’s dull eyes, and felt for a pulse. “Wake up.” They repeated, growing more desperate.
The happiness of the villain’s defeat died down, as the hero’s allies saw them holding them close.
“Wake up, dammit!” Tears started to slide down their face. “How am I supposed to save the world if you’re not there to stop me?!”
“I ask for your mercy.”
“And I ask for your head on a platter.”
“Why would God deny my prayer an answer?”
“I am God, fool, and your prayers are nothing more than selfish wants.”
One is with the wind, one is the sea.
One is running from their past, their life, their identity.
Yet one is sinking, sinking, in their own mortality.
Aching, wanting, waiting.
That was what Villain was doing. Rotting in a cell, far away from life - from anyone. It made them think, regret and sorrow ate them alive, knowing they caused people their lives.
But they didn't care much for that, no, they cared for one thing and one thing only: Hero.
The beloved Hero, the one they brought down on their knees - pulled them down with them. That's why they were here in this cell, to pay for what they did.
Their love for them had festered into something more: obsession.
So they cradled the skull of their love, muttering - mumbling:
"Oh, how I love you."
"You eat from me like a parasite, wanting more and more until there is nothing." Character A said softly, their eyes on B. "Yet I feed, knowing you will be the death of me."

Though, I will randomly spam on the off chance I do get inspired, but that is only an if.

"Your lips are smeared with blood, yet I kiss them still. The taste of iron and greed sickens me, but it is you I cannot resist." Hero whispers, brushing their hand against Villain's bloodied cheek.
"It is my own blood that is on me," Villain croaks, "for your taste of justice is stronger than the taste of love."
"You set fire to my wings and watch me burn alive."
"Just so you can be mine."
"I cannot stand to see you be treated this way," said Character A. "it pains me so."
"If it pains you so much, must you stay a bystander? Help me if it hurts you - help me if you can.
You cannot say you are sorry for me if you do not care to help."
"A god should not have to suffer under their own followers."
"I am not their god - I am their servant."
"They shall learn to kneel before you then."
"I loved you!"
"You didn't love me enough."
