it’s been a month since ive posted on here! here are some updates :))

- i am two weeks nicotine free! woooo yayayay

- i’ve started writing again (and i actually enjoy it this time)

- im currently in ED recovery, and so far ive gone one week without skipping any meals

- im doing a lot better than the last time i was on this account.
