Oh my god I'm in love with this sketch.

Look at what they've done to him, this soft Plusle boy. He's branded like cattle by a god and country he never knew the name of until he was thrust into Arcea's borders. A halo of spikes behind him, a forced savior, trapped to be a hero. A crown of thorns, surgical lines. He didn't just not get a chance to say no -- his ability to was carefully cut out.

That is genuinely damn good symbolism -- I'm SOBBING. ;; <333 This looks incredible ;;;;

I wanted to practice a bit more on Ivonne's design and fire magic, showcased here not only with some sketches of how I will draw the fire but also some action to show her close quarters fighting style!

Doing some sketch practice for Bao's electric baton. I've always been a fan of knife/small weapon combat, and similar fast paced choreography like this. The baton can also create waves of electricity, which I think will be fun to draw and also allow for creative combat.

A creature spotted in Apex City, current location and species unknown. Its claws can tear through enemies with ease, and every fighter and officer in the city has one goal: to find it and take it down.

Another character that I wanted to show off- this is Ivonne, who's Bao's partner and co-defender of Apex city. She's a fire magic user, although she uses it to augment her physical abilities more than anything else.

Wanted to share one of my characters, this is Bao! They're a trained magic fighter that defends Apex City in the sci-fi setting I'm working on. Hopefully I can post some more stuff from their setting soon. (Featuring their partner Ivonne, more to share soon!)
