The oc I made Meyi's/Class 1-A's homeroom teacher has such a shit as fuck Quirk that when his endless patience ceases, I just imagine him yelling "I'VE BEEN DECLARED LEGALLY DEAD THREE TIMES AND I'M ABOUT TO TAKE YOU ALL DOWN IN MY FOURTH IF YOU DON'T SHUT THE FUCK UP!" and everyone being like "Oh god wait he ACTUALLY means it"
I've finished Season 3 so HEADCANON COLLECTION TIME! Inspiration aplenty from @venusreturntome and @/bOn33pile, thank you! If something isn't canon compliant, know it's because I am up to the start of Season 4 and that we're just having fun here :]
I stuck to ten each but I have some extra headcanons that didn't make it so if anyone wants either another post or are just curious and wanna ask directly for a character, leave a comment or ask! You may also do this as well if you want an elaboration on something lol
âšïžYuga Aoyama
- Yuga's very big on the European Renaissance with the drapes and poofs of nobility; he's a pretty prince (OR princess)! He also loves charms, earrings, jewelry, and really anything dangling that could be shiny or reflect light. He'll also accept anything shaped like stars or sparkles.
- He has major imposter syndrome, anxiety and nightmares based on both his actions in Season 3 and things I got spoiled on later on but won't mention to keep others pure. Oh, and autism.
- He gives off a "I am who I am, I like who I like" kinda vibe. Very much unlabeled, both in gender and romantic interests. Like, "I'm just my sparkling self, darling!" with no real care for specifics. He's taking your pronouns AND mine's!
- Given everything, it's probably obvious to headcanon that he's French and I'll follow that crowd. Though, I see his family being mainly from/living in Japan and it was a maternal great grandmother that was the intial immigrant from France; Yuga is kind of obsessed with learning about both her and the French culture that's otherwise faded from his family.
- Hot girl tummy issues incarnate. His stomach has the strength of a Victorian child and no one is more upset than Yuga himself.
- Almost exclusively, Yuga uses glitter pens and has a GIANT collection of them. Aizawa has to search his backpack during Homeroom so that he doesn't fail any important tests later in the day because he didn't use pencil or black pen.
- Yuga takes a minimum of an hour to stylize his hair in a way that's effortless and dreamy. Mina helps him better protect his hair after lamenting how badly it gets messed up during training. Now no one with allergies or scent sensitivity can enter his dorm due to the thick cloud of hairspray and product cycling through.
- He had to physically train a lot before U.A. because he was very committed to his Knight In SHINING Armor bit. So, despite being built like a beanpole, he's shockingly agile when loaded with extra weight. He can probably clear a mile within a minute without both his armor and his Quirk, which is why he's always carrying shopping bags with pride when invited to 1-A Girl's Nightâąïž.
- Yuga adored fairytales as a child, especially the ones based in Europe, and can't help but always go back to them, even as he grows into more mature classic liteature. It gives him great comfort.
- Honestly, Yuga has a really hard time falling asleep and is something of an insomniac. Given every condition I've headcanoned, that's fair. I don't blame the poor guy.
đŸMina Ashido
- Harajuku girl, 100%; girlie loves the bright colors and does not give a singular fuck of who tells her that she isn't a 'proper lady'. Though mainly very femme, she also likes dressing masculine on occasion. Mina is all for gender fuckery, solely in the name of exploring how far she can push color, pattern, and fabric combos.
- She's an undiagonsed ADHD creature and only realizes it once she realizes just WHY she clicks with the proudly ADHD menace Denki.
- Mina still is firm about being cis even with the gender fuckery because again, she does it for the love of the game and I respect it.
- While she says she's biromantic and is very open about it, she doesn't realize she's cupioromantic until at least her third year at U.A., which takes a while to confess.
- She's the baby of the family with quite a gap between her older siblings but since their parents went from strict to relaxed with the unexpected kid, they've felt the need to stick around since who else will? With their parents far too chill and unobseravant, her siblings are the ones wrangling her in. Mina loves them but also gets frustrated with how protective and stringent they are.
- She doodles in all her journals and corners of her papers. Aizawa finds great amusement in them at the end of long nights of work.
- Mina has a five billion step skin and hair routine she follows like a ritual each night and morning, to the point she has to get up early to ensure she gets her proper rest without being late to class. Due to this extensive routine, she ends up trading tips with Yuga and Toru. They're THE self-care trio.
- She is tge champion of Dance Dance Revolution and Just Dance during Game Night but otherwise sucks at most video games. She doesn't like reminders of this.
- She's a fujoshi and has a field day introducing her classmates to both the best and worst of yaoi.
- A passion of Mina's is trashy 'reality' TV shows, especially from different countries because she loves seeing what diabolical plot lines other places think of that her culture could never even consider.
đȘ·Tsuyu Asui
- Tsuyu loves earth tones, long skirts, and comfy but stylish clothes. Her aesthetic would be like fairycore with some folk and hipster fashion.
- She's a diagnosed autitistic (she hits the t-rex stance in the show like a 9-to-5) who clocks in fast when someone else is but doesn't say anything unless she feels she's prompted, jumpscaring most people.
- An aromantic asexual queen. She's big on queerplatonic relationships and while she's always known she wasn't romantically into anyone, once she got into 1-A and saw "her options" THAT'S when she started looking up terminology.
- She loves to take care of plants and fish and had a near encyclopedic memory of the needs for all her babies.
- Tsuyu's favorite way to unwind is to go on a walk through nature, often stopping at a river, pond, or creek and watching all the life in the water. Sometimes she catches frogs, salamanders, fish, etc. to take care of for a bit before releasing them.
- She grew up in the city mainly but spent lots of time in the Japanese countryside visiting her grandparents and extended family. This time is held dearly, especially with how busy the Hero course has gotten.
- When either bashful or angry, those frog squeaks (you know the ones) puncuate her words like a growl. Only they don't hit that way.
- She names all the plants and critters she takes in, even if momentarily.
- Tsuyu bleps when she thinks hard.
- She will drop into The Frog Squatâąïž if tired of standing or needing to ground herself when overwhelmed.
đTenya Iida
- Tenya's style is stereotypical, academia aesthetics. His family feels well-off to me and he's all about being professional and clean, therefore: sweater vests, button-ups, loafers, argyle, plaid, knit, simpe colors; the whole package.
- Like half this class, he's autistic. I can also see OCD but since my knowledge on OCD is limited, I won't fully claim it.
- Tenya honestly doesn't understand his feelings very well so once he realizes he can like boys, he just says gay and is lowkey too busy (and scared) to further explore what he means. Tenya DOES know he's asexual to the point of lowkey disgust once taught the term, though.
- Even if he scolds Izuku for his muttering and obsessive note-taking, Tenya's genuinely impressed and secretly jealous of how indepth Izuku can make his notes in such little time.
- He cannot STAND scratchy wool, to the point of keeling over if put in one like a fainting goat.
- Tenya is studying how to speak English to further bulk up his records and once went to Denki for advice since he's partly American. This was a mistake he will never make again.
- Everyone thinks Tenya and Momo are either dating or rivals and he gets very embarrassed debunking these rumors, especially when Momo is able to do it with more tact.
- Tenya can hold a squat for a minimum of twenty minutes without cramps or losing balance.
- He listens to certified 'easy listening' music such as classical, jazz, and recently lo-fi, which various classmates recommended. This has felt like a godsend for him.
- I am sure he experiences gamer rage like no other. My man is fighting battles in Go Fish and Candy Land no one can even dream about.
âïžOchaco Uraraka
- Her style are the 3 P's; Pockets, Pink, Puffy. I'm talking big jackets, cargo pants, straight leg jeans, chunky shoes. She wants comfy, durable clothes that still make her feel cute, even in a budget.
- She's biromantic but Tsuyu had to be the one to tell her because "You've been staring at that Hatsume girl for a while and I'm starting to think it's not because of Izuku, ribbit".
- Ochaco owns a telescope from her childhood and loves to look at the stars and identitfy constellations and planets on nights she can't sleep.
- She's a certified jack of all trades due to wanting to provide both for her family and herself as to take yet another burden off of aforementioned family. While not an expert, Ocacho can do lots of household repairs, cook some decent meals, sew up a patch, and overall proves herself handy when moving into the dorms since 1-A is a chaotic bunch that needs a crash course on self-suffiency.
- Ochaco really loves making art, especially of her favorite characters and it's why her hero costume and fashion taste is so round and bubbly, inspired by her favorite cartoons.
- Due to her grab bag knowledge, Ochaco found a way to put that to several side hustles: fixing pipes of her classmates' bathrooms for cash, repairing broken jewerly, selling passable meals to take on the go. She even has a small online store for little trinkets she makes like painted rocks and cards of her art.
- She owns a pack of tarot cards because they're pretty to her. She's considered doing some readings for cash but would hate to take advantage of someone vulernable enough to turn to superstition.
- Even with her finacial status and her near paranoia of it, Ocacho will always tip as much as possible when a resturant takes them (since required tipping is not a thing beyond America).
- Ochaco had never heard of Kirby before Izuku and now has added Kirby to her kin list as she grows enamored with the game series.
- She writes fanfiction and is very embarrassed but she has a large following that says otherwise.
đ„Mashirao Ojiro
- White shirt, cargo shorts, socks and sandals; the Dad Fit. Sometimes cargo pants if cold. How fancy. He's a man of simple taste and prefers his comfort over fashion. Though, he'll try to expand his horizons a bit when moving into the dorms, solely set himself apart in the laundry.
- He considers himself panromantic but is very through with his crushes because he believes love should start with more than a hallway crush; he's a little sappy but he'd love to fall in love one day.
- Mashirao is pretty used to the house being just him and his father but lately, his dad been seeing someone new and genuinely, good for him :] he's proud of his Dad!
- At this point, given most of his class is neurodivergent, typically autitistic and/or ADHD, Mashirao has accepted his fate of his tail being a stim toy. He does appreciate how much comfort his otherwise boring Quirk can bring people, though. Just as long as they respect his boundaries.
- He sleeps on his stomach or curls up with his tail like a body pillow to accomdate for the size.
- Mashirao was really into Bruce Lee as a kid and got into a lot of American media that way. To this day, he knows a shocking amount of English due to this.
- For the life of him, Mashirao cannot tell faces apart. It's pretty bad. He relies on hair and accessories due to how... eccentric the people are around him.
- His tail, on more than five occasions, has knocked over furniture and people when he gets excited. He's tried to train it but he's not used to his emotions being extreme enough to spike it. That and he gets embarrassed by his tail wagging.
- He indirectly always stands weirdly wide at any given chance because karate stances are so natural to him and if he's standing normally, it's in an active attempt to correct himself.
- Mashirao's body temperature is naturally warm, partly just because it is, partly because he has thick hair and has patches of fluff all over his body, not just his tail.
âĄïžDenki Kaminari
- Denki seems like the type to wear whatever's poular until he got clowned on for looking like an e-boy and ends up in whatever meme graphic T-shirts and shorts he finds.
- ADHD incarnate and he is fully aware of it.
- Denki thinks he's straight but comes out as biromantic later because Eijiro and Katsuki made him question a few things.
- First of all, he's a middle child, trust. Secondly, he mainly stays with his divorced dad and said dad came from the U.S. so Denki likes to make up random shit about the States to keep the balance of the Place, Japan people.
- He has lichtenberg figures spiderwebbing across his skin due to his Quirk, starting from the torso.
- For how much he's called Pikachu, Denki actually doesn't know anything about Pokemon and likes pissing off Katsuki with that fact.
- Kyoka gets Denki into more punk stuff- mainly fashion and pirating video games and TV- and that saves both his fashion sense and his parents from murdering him for stealing their credit cards.
- He has trouble falling asleep at night and copes by sending 3am tiktoks and memes to his various groupchats.
- Denki is mostly fluent in English due to having American family and being a second generation immigrant from said family but he only uses this knowledge for evil.
- His first phone blew up when he tried charging it with his Quirk and both households berated him for hours so Denki refuses to charge electronics now.
đȘEijiro Kirishima
- Gym shorts, random shirt or tank top, and a fun hoodie; easy to put on but approachable! Though Eijiro's also very open to different styles and so will take whatever pieces of clothing, advice or product his friends offer. He's the best dress-up doll. Mina will tell you.
- AuDHD. I don't make the rules.
- He's androromantic since he places such an emphasis on masculinity/manliness. Though, I don't think Eijiro is very rigid on that defintion so in practice, he appears panromantic since he'll be attracted to just about anyone as long as they share or represent the same manly principles as him, even if they don't dress or act sterotypically masculine.
- I keep seeing the two moms headcanon and I can't help but see it so yeah, I say in paticular he was adopted as a baby, biological parents unable to care for him properly and them stepping in. He's their special little boy and Eijiro admires them greatly alongside his (also adopted) little sister that he dotes on.
- Certified basketball shorts in winter boy.
- Hitting Eijiro with the projection beam and giving him ecezma. Given how his skin cracks, it has to be really dry and that causes a whole slew of issues. Flare ups occur in his bouts of insecurity and when the temperature outside drops.
- He's very much a family man and honestly won't shut up about his little sister, to a point people who don't know him well and mistake him for an adult will ask if that's his daughter (this happened to me at twelve so truly, being tall will make just anything happen).
- Eijiro loves fighting games like Street Fighter and Tekken, specifically because he can turn his brain off and button mash, which upsets Katsuki's tryhard ass.
- Expanding on the last point slightly, Eijiro loves Wii games and devastes unassuming victims in Wii Sports Resort Swordplay and Basketball.
- He loves head pats and rubs. Just aggressively pet him like a cat and he's perfectly content.
đKoji Koda
- He either dresses like the most approachable hiker you've ever met or in comfy, heavy clothes since I feel the sensations would be grounding while keeping him warm.
- My boy has major anxiety (especially social) and, if I'm getting this right, selective mutism. And probably autism.
- He's shy and used being overlooked so love doesn't even come to mind until someone shows direct interest, in which it doesn't matter gender or representation because "SOMEONE IS TALKING TO ME-".
- Koji was raised by a single mother, his father dying unfortunately when he was young. He doesn't remember his dad personally but his mom is sure to keep his memory alive and let Koji feel connected to him however he can.
- I'm stealing Venus' headcanon; he suffers from cuteness aggression. Expanding on my own though, he didn't process his own strength as a kid so in tandem with the cuteness aggression, he'd often hurt his animal friends. He learned to be gentle since but still fears this instinct.
- After coming more out of his shell thanks to the ever boisterious 1-A, he ends up volunteering at an animal rescue, something he's always wanted to do but was held back from by his anxiety.
- When someone proves to be a true friend, Koji is as loyal as a dog to an owner. He will learn how to use his strength again for someone he is close to.
- As confirmed by Fumikage with the line "He's good at keeping secrets", he's a great listener. He will let himself be an emotional crutch for a friend, even at his own detriment since Koji has a heart that's been waiting to be kind.
- He gets cold really easily. My boy requires a minimum of six layers in winter.
- When pushed to his limits, Koji loves a good hike to reset. If unable do this, he will substitute with a walk in the park or, if desperate (like in a social situation) straight up start smelling houseplants when no one is looking.
- He loves DIY projects but sucks at anything crafty, partly due to horrid dexterity. So, if gifted something homemade, he'll initially say it's far too kind before squealing with utter delight when assured that the effort was worth it.
đRikido Sato
- I can't imagine Rikido being paticular on how he dresses and ends up being a comfy jock, just pulling a hoodie or baggy shirt over his workout clothes. Sometimes he'll have tiny hair clips and other accessories though because of his little sisters, which he wears with pride.
- He has mild dyscalculia. While it does make baking harder, he got into it early and his mother was very patient with him so he found lots of ways around it by the time he started baking in droves to power up Sugar Rush.
- One of the few straight people here but he's in for the long haul. He wants to be a husband as much as he wants a wife so Rikido doesn't really look for romance into quite a bit later in life.
- Honestly, another shout out to Venus because I really love the idea of him being a main provider for his family. I can't for the life of me find more info on it (I may be hacullinating most of it beyond the initial statement lmao) but in my heart, he has a lot of little sisters and maybe a little brother. Father out of the picture in some way and his mom works a lot to provide for them all so Rikido picks up a lot at home; he almost didn't move to the dorms due to this. Even so, he loves his family dearly.
- This man crashes on most forms of caffeine so for an energy boost, energy drinks are banned and he relies on juice and sometimes soda if feeling âšïždangerousâšïž.
- Can't cook for shit. Just... so bad. He tries so hard but just CAN'T. Honestly, Rikido is convinced he had a curse placed on him.
- He initially had major anger issues but after scaring his siblings, he found ways to calm himself down. This gets channeled into baking: step by step instructions that can also create a sweet treat for himself and his family? It became a perfect coping mechanism and so even if not for his Quirk, he'll bake to allievate some stress. Hero training also got him into the habit of exercising to work through his emotions.
- Rikido is secretly a sap for romcoms and slow burns; he's a bit of a dreamy romantic at heart.
- Sometimes, he uses box mix when baking, which isn't a problem when for himself since it's cheap and easy but feels like he's hiding a crime every time he ends up serving his family or classmates box cake, even if they rarely can tell the difference.
- Out of habit, Rikido treats his fellow girl classmates like he would his sisters. Specifically like the oldest, who's a very femme, adventurous tween. If anyone is debating the latest hot guy celebrity or needs an opinion on their outfit, he's got you!
- If anyone has pads, tampons or pain meds on them, it's Rikido and he only gets slightly embarrassed. However, it's just because he doesn't want to look creepy, even when he's just trying to accomdate for the women in his life.
đŠMezo Shoji
- Mezo only has two criterias for clothing: whatever won't bring even more attention to him and whatever will actually fit. While he does prefer baggier clothing to hide himself better, it's almost hopeless when it comes to tops- not unless he wants to spend to get it custom or sew it himself- he's long since given up on being picky.
- I hit him with the autism and C-PTSD beam because of things I know from later, seeing him in action, and also being myself.
- "I don't feel entirely like a boy but I have too much trauma to unpack that." Ends up as a he/they five billion years later.
- Deđmiđrođmanđtic! Demiromantic!
- Honestly, I can't think of any family headcanons for Mezo but I just know his grandparents are lowkey the root of most of his event based trauma and he has lots of extended family he grew up around. If you want something more concrete, check out @venusreturntome !
- He yearns to be bundled up in a million blankets but can't ever find any his size the few times he actually tries to do something for himself.
- Due to Mezo replying with his extra mouths and covering up his face so much, he often isn't used to his own voice and face and will stare confused in the mirror. He also can't watch or listen to videos of himself due to this. It's like uncanny valley.
- His extra mouths, he had to train to be able to speak and so has the WORST echolalia that he gets very embarrassed by since they often say things or mimic people on instinct. When half the class does the same, he thinks they're mocking him until he gets an explanation of echolalia from someone. Now Mezo gets stuck in verbal loops with Izuku or Fumikage until one of them is pulled away.
- Mezo has the softest singing voice made for lullabies.
- That "Women are so jealous of how little it takes for men to be happy. At least get a bed frame. I don't deserve a bed frame" meme? Yeah, I fully associate it with him and you can go from there on what this means fot headcanons.
- His diet is very bland and boring: partly due to various traumas, partly due to the fact he's autistic. And in a world that has hated him since birth, he has found very little accomdations, nor does he know how to search for them.
đKyoka Jiro
- She has like a punk, grunge vibe, all carefully cultivated with exclusively thrifted finds, piercings done by her dad when she was eleven, and small business accessories.
- BAM! Get hit with the AuDHD beam!
- She's a demigirl who uses she/they. Kyoka's known she wasn't fully a girl since she was, like, six years old but thanks to having unrestricted internet access into her tween years, she locked in on that feeling at thirteen and now is very open at U.A. now that she's away from her shitty junior high.
- ANOTHER BIROMANTIC INCOMING!
- I know we see her parents living together but she's a kid of divorce to me. Though, her parents were amicable in their seperation; the strain for Kyoka comes from her dad having more shared interests and being the 'cool parent' compared to her mom, who's thrown herself into her work and so isn't as present on her days with Kyoka. Though, both are trying their best and Kyoka still respects her mom.
- Due to her quirk, Kyoka has tinnitus and has severe sensory issues regarding vibrations.
- She was one of those kids who grew up with a bit too much freedom online and to this day, she has mixed feelings on it. Though, at least she knows how to pirate her favorite albums now.
- She has accidentally boosted the confidence of several classmates (Fumikage, Momo, Mashirao to name a few) by just being naturally blunt, which she doesn't realize until she's compared to Tsuyu.
- Kyoka has a record collection and reveres them heavily.
- Her body runs naturally cold and is legally required to sleep with a blanket, even in summer. However, she's still adamant on dressing in crop tops, short sleeves and tank tops because "fashion".
đ«Hanta Sero
- Hanta's style is big shirts and bigger shorts as a plain base so that he can customize his look with whatever he has lying around from the amount of shopping trips he's gone on with his cousins and classmates. It's helpful when feeling lazy too since he already has the basics set. All to say, he's an aesthetic wild card.
- Welcome to the ADHD club, Hanta.
- He's panromantic. He really doesn't care about gender or representation once attracted to someone. especially as one of the top yearners of Japan.
- Hanta grew up in a house that techinally was just him and his parents but extended family came by so often that he never was alone. He especially was close with his cousins, viewing them as siblings. It's why he's always so chill and tends to pull someone back from doing something stupid; Hanta's used to the chaos of different perspectives and navigating it as the "reasonable one".
- Due to his Quirk and his Spider-Maning, Hanta has joint pain. My guy is going to get arthritis by the time he's thirty IF lucky.
- He can shred on a ukulele since he refused to hop onto a trend and drop it once the craze was over. He had something to prove to his parents.
- Hanta loves those tiny little yapper dogs, you know the ones. He finds them cute and likes how honest and direct they are.
- He gets quite bashful when he gets compliments on his Quirk. While not devastingingly humbe, Hanta is fully aware that his Quirk reflects how not flashy he is so it's always a surprise to get praise for it.
- Have you seen him? He'd ADORE aerial silks!
- Hanta has the stupidest little giggle on the planet and it's just not fair; it sends the hearts of everyone in a twenty foot radius fluttering.
đFumikage Tokoyami
- Fumikage's style a mix of Victorian goth and grunge, partly from his gothic family, partly from having a bit too much access to the internet as a chick. He also has whopping four colors in his wardrobe: black, dark grey and then, as a treat, a desaturated, dark purple or red. Unless it's accents in the form of jewerly (he likes shiny things), he's turning it down.
- He's autistic because I like projecting on my favorites.
- Fumikage doesn't really think too hard on the label of his gender. However, he's more shy about his expression of it and so tends to explore that privately. The likes of Jiro and Mina are the ones to get him more confident in strutting his stuff.
- He's demiromantic but is unaware of this due to his distrust in people and finding most people to be... mainstream. Despite believing in love at first sight and quietly yearning for the idealized gothic romance he has in his head, Fumikage has to dig into his tormented soul to actually realize why he's never fallen head over heels like in the stories he reads.
- Fumikage has two loving parents and a twin brother in form of Dark Shadow. However, he had a grandmother he was very close. She told him stories to get him over his initial fear over his own Quirk/Dark Shadow that came with bullying. She unfortunately passed a year before attending U.A. and Fumikage frequents her grave often, telling her more about his life than most people even get.
- Jumping off the last headcanon, Fumikage is the type to drop the most random or scarring lore mid-conversation without blinking. He's a naturally private person and is used to being mocked anyways. "You never asked." "Fumikage, you nearly died!?" "And?"
- He's a spectacular artist but keeps his work private since lots of it is fanart for his emo or goth romances- he especially likes making potential book covers. He will be more open about his art with flowers, though.
- Like any good Victorian, Fumikage has flower symbolism locked in and owns several books dedicated to it. Useful for his fan art too.
- Fumikage has tried to write fanfiction and his own original works but got too frustrated and found his talent in poetry instead.
- Contrary to popular belief, Fumikage doesn't really like Edgar Allen Poe's work. Mainly, it's because that seems to be the only poet people know so it's too "mainstream" now and he's exhausted by people parroting (get it?) The Raven at him.
- Chirping. Vocal stim. You hear me?
âïžđ„Shoto Todoroki
- He keeps it simple and keeps it stupid. Sometimes, Shoto will get a bit fancy with sweaters, cardigans and belts- old money and preppy- but he has worse things to think about in the morning.
- If Shoto isn't autistic then you can hang me in the gallows, alright?
- Shoto gives me agender vibes but is so used to he/him that once he gets a lesson on pronouns from his class, he ends up going with he/they but he couldn't care less.
- He's gay and on the aromantic spectrum (in practice, he's demiromantic but he doesn't care about labels) but due to his intense, life long trauma and the one straight relationship he ever witnessed being royally atrocius from the start, he never processed that beyond "Huh, boys are nice" and forgot that it isn't the default. When he randomly brings it up, the whole class gasps.
- Shoto is partially blind in his left eye. There's a pinpoint center of clear vision that's framed by blurriness but when looking to the right, his vision gets almost completely cut.
- If he's told to put faces to names at gun point, Shoto will die. He isn't even great at names but it's easier than faces, which is a bar that's in Hell.
- He sleeps on his back and falls asleep within five minutes of laying down. Genuinely, he doesn't understand how people have a hard time sleeping, unaware he needs to be studied.
- He spent a lot of time learning how to play card, number, and word games so that he has something to do with his mom when he started visiting her. Now sudoku is part of his morning routine, one that's stuck when finding out Momo plays too when moving into the dorms.
- If any steam that makes contact with Shoto's skin isn't coming from his Quirk, he physically flinches and the sensation lingers for far too long. It will offset him for longer than he'll admit.
- Shoto can solve a rubix cube in under twenty seconds and is equally as confused as he is amused by the reactions it gets from people.
đToru Hagakure
- Given her room, sassy chaos, and probably wanting to find some identity when she can't otherwise, she gives me dekora harajuku; she and Mina 100% trade tips and accessories.
- She says "If my boyfriend had a room like that, I'd break up with him" unprompted and gets angry over being seen nude despite her Quirk (like how autistic people often have confliciting actions and needs). She's autistic. I don't make the doctrine but I spread the gospel.
- How many panromantic headcanons do you think I can get away with before it's apparent that I'm a multishipper (if I do ship at all)?
- She comes from two Quirkless parents with her mom having some recessive, light-based Quirk in her genes that got passed to Toru. Which made both her birth and raising her... interesting, to say the least. Still, they dote on her endlessly, much to Toru's embarrassment.
- Honestly, she and Izuku would be GREAT friends; both are overlooked and only are visible when people want to make a joke or example out of them. Wanting to improve her strength beyond her Quirk, she goes to him and ends up finding that comradery in Izuku, seeing how much they're alike and how much work Izuku puts into training.
- She has astigmatism and genuinely has no clue for the longest time.
- Toru's parents run a small convenience store and she is incredibly proud, straight up advertising when they opened their second location. It's a somewhat popular hangout spot for Class 1-A now.
- The girl grew up on magical girl anime and once she figures out a way to actually wear protective gear in her hero costume, she's going full in on the aesthetics.
- As a kid, she had to be put on a leash because the girl was a runner. Her parents also had to have Toru wear neon highlighter colors and big, bulky clothing, covered head to toe so that they could pick her out in a crowd just in case.
- Toru ragebaits insecure men on Call of Duty type games. She played them originally for stress but then found joy in the art of making men mad.
đ„Katsuki Bakugo
- I had to honestly look up his casual outfits because I had genuinely no idea and he weirdly has a very good sense of fashion and leans towards alternative and grunge. Sooo uh yeah-
- Katsuki REALLY had to sit with himself after Ep. 61 (Deku vs. Kacchan, Part 2 #FavoriteEpisode) because as it turns out, he has deep anxiety and survivor's guilt stemming from trauma with the LOV. Also, I want more anger issues autistic people he gets to be projected on as autistic.
- Katsuki's gay and has known since he was born but couldn't care less about coming out yet is offended when no one, not even his own family, is shocked whenever he does start dating.
- To most people, he likes rock and metal. Which is true. However, Katsuki's heart truly belongs to bubbly White girl American pop or upbeat, cutesy J-Pop. I'm talking Renai Circulation and California Girls memorized by heart.
- He secretly loves Pokemon- a childhood special interest alongside Izuku- but in junior high school, it became 'un-cool' despite it being the talk of the town just last summer so now he plays and collects in secret. With Izuku being so open with his interests and not even caring about the mocking anymore, Katsuki has found another reason to be jealous.
- Katsuki is very stubborn about being strong and independent but about into his second or third year, due to concerns from both peers and adults in his life, he's forced to cave into getting some kind of noise cancellation for his costume so that he doesn't completely lose his hearing by graduation.
- At least once a week, he gets asked if he's a natural blonde and gets extremely offended, to a point it makes more people ask.
- No pets were allowed in the Bakugo household growing up because even if Katsuki wouldn't actually try to hurt an animal, accidents do happen given his Quirk and his parents never did rope in his anger so it was better to avoid it all together.
- Despite being "for nerds", Katsuki is an avid reader and like Izuku had an incredibly high reading level at a young age. However, he refuses to read anything school mandated so his records and grades tend to say otherwise.
- He's a diehard cat person despite the pet thing. He loves a creature that knows what it wants and communicates those needs clearly once tuned in. Cats are easier than most extras.
đIzuku Midoriya
- Izuku lives in fandom merch combined with workout apparel. Also, he's had most of his clothes since he was at least nine years old.
- The most autistic and anxious character I've ever seen, rarely have I connected with a character SO fast.
- Izuku gets crushes easily since he likes "whoever is nice to me" but it takes a great deal to fall in love. In practice, he's demiromantic but Izuku just says queer or gay because there's too much going on in his life to really figure out anything beyond that.
- He is extremely close with his mother and at this point has accepted that his father is a deadbeat. Given his life, he tries not to think about it, especially knowing Inko is in denial.
- The man adores Pokemon- a lesser but still prominent special interest compared to All Might and Pro Heroes- especially due to the strategic elements; his Pro Hero battling knowledge can apply here! He also loves the themes of friendship and perseverance, two things crucial to Izuku.
- At least once, everyone in 1-A has had a crush on Izuku, whether a fleeting thought, a hallway crush or a devasting, multi-month slowburn yearning. And he has no idea until at least a few years after graduating.
- He's the type to make spreadsheets and min-max comfy games, mainly Stardew Valley and Minecraft.
- Chronically, he opens any and everything using his teeth, a habit gained from repeatedly breaking his bones enough to have to learn how to accomdate for it. Inko scolds him for this and when his classmates find teeth marks on stuff in the shared kitchen, they fight him too.
- At some point after the story of MHA kicks off, Izuku hit the most insane growth spurt that jumpscared All Might, his mom, and all his classmates.
- He still makes and delivers Mother and Father's day cards to Bakugo's parents because even if they're enabling him, Izuku still feels like they're family despite being about five years old when that stopped. Though, they honestly feel for the kid and still love Izuku so it's not entirely one-sided.
âïžMomo Yaoyorozu
- Momo is all old money academia and dresses like a professional: sweaters, pencil skirts, blouses, pearl accessories, mary janes, neutral tones with pops of accent colors. Sometimes, she leans more into dark academia when feeling more experimental. Even if she'd rather stick to her own lane, Momo still really admires other styles.
- Autism creature.
- She is a top-tier yearner lesbian and knew she was a lesbian when she was a child but not how hard she'd fall much later. Also asexual because I make the rules (given you've gotten this far, dear reader, you probably don't mind-).
- She's Japanese/American on her father's side and Russian/German on her mother's side with a lot of extended family in England. Much of Momo's childhood was spent galavanting across Europe and rotating between countries for family holidays and reunions.
- Momo, other than her native Japanese, can speak English and German almost fluently. She's a bit rusty on Russian and French but can hold a conversation fine.
- The works of Shakesphere are a blast for Momo to decipher and ruminate but she gets insecure since classic works are often degraded due to them being required reading.
- She has a guilty pleasure in watching those cynical Youtube reviews of books, shows, brands, really anything. Because as much as Momo loves to correct people and pick apart whatever she sees, she doesn't want to be cold and instead keep it constructive. In a way, it's cathartic to hear someone unabashedly say "This shit is ass" when Momo feels she has a reputation and principles to uphold due to both her family and her role in her class.
- No one can shuffle cards as good as Momo; she gets fancy with it in a way no one even knew possible. As a nervous sort of tic, she'll recreate those motions with any object on hand since they keep her hands busy while her mind locks back in on reality.
- She has an affinity for small dogs, especially any with curly hair. However, with her many responsibilities, Momo has to stop herself from adopting one.
- Part of what stirs the "lovers or rivals" rumors between her and Tenya is the fact that Momo has flipped a table over Uno and tried to throw hands over Monopoly, with her greatest, fellow competitor being the equally competitive Tenya. Strategy games last five hours and it's filled with what everyone assumes is sexual tension when it's actually just two workaholics finding an outlet via trying to kill each other in-game.

and then there's sonam wangchuk. if you've watched 3 idiots, he's the real engineer the character was based on. built solar schools in ladakh. invented ice stupas so himalayan villages have water. spent his whole life on education. he's 59 and he's been on hunger strike for 17+ days now. reporters went to see him this week and he was too weak to talk. and the troll armies are calling him "anti national" and "foreign funded". a man starving himself for other people's children. that's the thing here, anyone who asks a question is suddenly a traitor.
it's not one incident, it's everywhere you look:

Summary: Due to her impatience with herself, Natsuki switches between bouncing with energy to snappy with fatigue. Sheâs all too used to running into dead ends due to how her Quirk has taken its toll on her body and uses that dedication to brute force her other problems when she has the motivation. Still, Natsuki is prone to easy frustration and takes it out on others, though she has enough awareness to swallow her pride and apologize.Â
Quirk: When under moonlight, the user loses most of their gravity, making them capable of traveling far distances with great jumps through enough momentum and control, though at the cost of gradually weakening their body (bones, heart, immune system, increased sensory issues).
Goal: Initially, she wanted to be a Pro Hero like her idol Mirko but her Quirk made her gradually too weak for combat and rescue; under the guidance of Mr. Aikawa (Class 1-C's homeroom teacher; she was specifically enrolled into his class due to his experience with debilitating Quirks), she ends up pivoting to physical Quirk therapist to help others like herself.
Another ancient oc turned 1-C class member! She was once a moon rabbit alongside characters like Enid but with similarities to Mirko, I tried my best to recycle their concept into something unique! Though I did keep the bunny motif with the bow and her lil' mouth in the casual art and then a bit of moon/space stuff. Also yes, Natsuki is another space/gravity themed 1-C member but EHHH what'cha gonna do?? With that, we're at 4/18 because I'm yeeting out Asahi's design- I'm going to delete and rework his art due to everything that went wrong in his art process; I think he deserves better.
I have not only completed an animation but also this is my FIRST ever completed one and I didn't look up SHIT! The key to doing anything is to improvise and never give up; never kill yourself!

My oc Laura is half possessed by her great great great x50 (?) uncle which means sometimes she gets lit on fire because magic- meaning when upset her arms and half her face burst into cyan flames before she goes full murder mode and kills monsters with a frying pan

My class of OCs (Class Corvus) has secretly embroidered the rest of the motto on the inner lining of their senior jackets, to remind them that their fate was never set in stone, and that their achievements were wrought with their own blood, sweat and tears.
I'll expand on the lore in another post, but in my AU there are 7 Australian Hero Schools, one for each state/territory. Each school has their own motif, and classes are subdivided/named within that motif.
Elysium's motif is celestial bodies. Business student classes are named after suns, Support course students after moons, and hero students after constellations.
The way I SPRINTED to this notification. As always you're so very detailed and I can tell every bit fits perfectly into the cogs of your machine in a way that's just so loving.
