My name is Chris. I'm aged 22 hailing from the UK. I am using instagram and tumblr to keep a journal of my fitness and boxing progress, along with general life updates, perhaps the occasional humorous picture/video or satirical post... I am 180cm tall with a 78cm reach and currently weigh 102kg. I am a passionate advocate for equality to all people of all ethnicities, all genders, all sexualities, all cultures and all religions. The cliché is all too true, we all bleed red. It is highly unlikely that I will ever be famous so this is a way for my voice to potentially be heard outside of my family and friends. I sincerely hope that one day, everyone of any colour, gender and sexuality, from any cultural background and from any religious faith, can all come together and live harmoniously, without fear, without the need for segregation or division, so that we can come together with respect, support each other, learn from one another and live prosperously together.

Another evening of sparring. This time I barely got touched despite sparring with the same speedy fighter from last week and some other larger hard hitters. I am really pleased with how well my defence has improved. I took a few hits intentionally to get inside but guarded up well and left the session without a mark. Footwork has really come on as well as handspeed and head movement.
