My final piece of propaganda for the poll between my loser boy Yue Qingyuan and Gomez Addams (whom we all love and admire) - I believe Gomez & Morticia would give the win to YQY. (He never gets any wins.)

The Qijiu tragedy is too delightful, they'd love to help. And perhaps it doesn't really matter who the child's father is (will YQY get to be their third? We can only know if it gets YQY pregnant). That would drive SJ crazy. And babytrapping is also an option. Decisions decisions...

And YQY is being persuaded. If it will get him closer to Xiao Jiu... or perhaps to even get to carry XJ's child...

I just love that this very video is an accumulation of thousands of years worth of art made by people who have never met each other. The concept of this video was so completely unfathomable to every single artist who made the sculptures and yet they’ve all put something toward the creation of it.

you know when people promise that if they aren't married by the time they are like thirty they will get married? what if during a party, the first one colt attended after being picked as tom ryder's stunt man and that ryland got dragged to, a somewhat drunk ryland told a very flirty and handsy tom that if he managed to remain entirely sober for one year...ryland would marry him. just walk down to the local courthouse and bing bang boom, married.

and ryland remembers his words the next day and groans as his head pounds because god that was so stupid of him to just announce to some playboy actor he would marry him. stupid stupid ryland. but soon he puts it out of his mind and goes about his life. tom probably just laughed it off and forgot. it wasn't a big deal. then the conference happens, the fallout happens, and he's a teacher. he never goes back to one of colt's movie sets again.

but then he gets a weird feeling one day and calls colt. tells him he feels off and that's when colt tells him they are doing a big drop that day and it's probably just colt's nerves he's feeling. it'll be fine. but ryland is not convinced, tells him he needs to delay the stunt, check everything again. colt insists it's fine.

but then just as the drop is about to happen, colt is pulled back from the edge by tom who insists they do it later. colt notes his phone is in his hand as he's pulled back up and things are checked over. they find the controls had been bumped and colt would have broken his back, or worse.

when colt asks tom why he stepped in, tom just blows him off. later, in private, colt asks again and tom says he got a text from the "angel in a sweater" he remembers seeing at a party years ago. told him to stop the stunt and tom listened cause he remembers the angel was very pretty and nice to him and told him he would marry him if he got sober. which he's been struggling to do but he's been trying. admits that when the days get bad, that memory is what keeps him going. He doesn’t even need a sticky note to remember.

and colt just wants to scream because that 'angel in a sweater' is 100% ryland and he knows that ryland gets sappy when drunk. but then he notices that tom's trailer is completely clear of any substance, even a seltzer, and while he can't stand tom, he's not about to ruin something the man is obviously working hard on. so colt says he'll help tom with his sobriety, but they are going to have some long talks about what tom wants from ryland and what he'll do to ensure ryland's life is unaltered should they do get married one day (god help him...tom ryder as an in-law). he should probably get them at least talking first...
