Today I need extra motivation!!!! during my #LISS yesterday I walked in a windy road so I had a horrible headache and I woke up with it too... I planned to working out this morning (because I'm not home in the afternoon) but I don't...bad bad choice!!!I saw all the pics of this beautiful #bbgcomunity and I found more motivation...Now I'm studying and before lunch I will do total body pre-training week 2..I owe it to myself!!

My legs hurt
Since Monday week 1 work out my legs hurt. This morning I did Arms and Abs, just a bit of pain during #medicine ball squat and press, but now I can barely walk!!!😢😢

I always say #youcantfakefitness and I really mean that. You could go on every diet, try every detox, attempt every quick fix…but at the end of the day, you will never be fit. For the ladies who are struggling on this roller coaster to creating fit looking body…..stop. The only way you are going to LOOK fit and healthy is if YOU ARE fit and healthy. This is why I created my guides the way they are. I looked at my clients and I saw business women, mothers, shift workers and school students. So, I put myself in their shoes. They weren’t me, they didn’t work in a gym, they weren’t surrounded by equipment everyday. These people needed a plan that they could do any time, anywhere, that didn’t take ages to set up. SO, I created my 28 minute workouts. I won’t lie, these workouts are not EASY… BUT they can be done by anyone! You can substitute the equipment for things you find around your house. (eg - I’ve seen some mums hold water filled milk containers instead of dumbbells! - so good!🙌). I usually walk 4 km in about 45 minutes, but now she wants to lose weight and be healthy so I walk with alongside to encourage her. _________________________ Sessione a bassa intensità con mamma, abbiamo percorso 1,88km in 24m 31s. Di solito, da sola, camino per 4 km più o meno in 45 minuti, ma per le era la prima volta, ha finalmente deciso di perdere peso ed avere una vita più salutare quindi ho cercato di camminarle accanto e incoraggiarla a non arrendersi
