how I lost 20kg in 3 months
- first i’m gonna start this post by saying that this method might have worked for me and my body but it’s not 100% sure it will work on you, so please be careful! - second, I’m not pro anything and I’m not really forcing you to do this, I’m simply sharing my program 🌹
Onto the AZ diet program:
1. I do not eat a single thing after lunch, it’s like a small fast and detox for the body everyday (this really helped me loose a lot of weight in the beginning)
2. i drink around 2-3L of water per day
3. I cut off all the sugar from my life (but of course I do allow myself every 2-3 weeks something sugary)
4. SPORTS! I always do 40-60mnts of sports per day (a lot of walking and in summer i did a lot of aqua-aerobic)
5. I do kinda restrict my calorie intake to 400-600cals per day, but it’s safer to do it slowly like start with 1500 then go down to 1400 etc.
6. you already know it but green tea and fresh lemon juice with hot water! I would always start my day with one cup of black coffee, one cup of lemon juice and one cup of green tea + breakfast (something to keep you full the entire morning but has no more than 200cals)
and that’s about It!
