A year ago, on 23rd July 2018, nine dreamers came together to officially start a design studio. Studio carbon was just an idea. A mere word. But with dedication, passion and your belief in us, we have come a long way. This day last year, was the official inauguration of our studio. Over the course of 15 projects, and many enriching experiences, we had quite a ride! We could not have done this without your support. We were lucky to have amazing and very diverse clients with whom we learnt a lot. In their success, we found ours. With each project, we grew as a design studio. Their feedback encouraged us, and helped us learn too. We also had amazing cheerleaders in our friends and family, who were our source of constant energy. Their trust has been our biggest motivation. So this lady was watching us over from her beautiful blue coloured window during one of our project photo shoots, so I asked her if I can take a photograph of hers along with that window frame, she was shying and couldn’t respond while her elder sister standing next to the door laughed and said - “usko han bolane me sharmati h, isse pahale bhaag jaye photo paar lo jaldi se.” Even she started smiling looking at her sister’s pun, and right after I took the photograph she curiously looked at me and asked “kaisa aaya hai photo?”. Everyone including her elder sister, neighbor aunty cane to see her photograph to appreciate and pull her legs.
