I swear that wearing these glasses make me feel sleepier, (and look nerdier)! They allowed me to finish up some work email without blocking the production of melatonin by my pineal gland! I'm also on day 8 of no coffee, day 5 of no caffeine, and day 4 of daily stinging nettle tea infusions. Sleep has been improving and feeling the state of my natural energy levels during the day has been pretty cool. Sweet dreams everyone. Btw, msg me if you ever have any questions about this stuff.

Today is day 5 of being off coffee, as I'm trying to strengthen my adrenals. I love coffee, but the effects aren't exactly worth having it everyday. A colleague of mine suggested I try stinging nettle tea infusion to strengthen my adrenal glands, pictured here. Herbalist Susun Weed writes, 'nettle builds energy from the inside out by nourishing the adrenals...Because the minerals in nettle infusion are polarized to the blood, they are literally magnetized into the blood stream without needing to be digested'. I just made my first infusion by mixing an ounce of the tea with a quart of boiling water in a mason jar. Tomorrow will be my first try. Will keep you posted!
