Stay With Me || Aiden & Rose
 fiery-rose:
Rose had gotten back to Hydra base and she didnât know how to feel. S.H.I.E.LD. was not the demon organization that she had always thought it was. There were genuinely good people there, yet Aurora was right. Rose had a duty to her patients and to her father. For the moment, she was going to remain where she stood before Hydra had ever sent her out onto the field. When she got back, there was one specific patient on her mind, since mutants had gotten back their powers, Aiden.Â
The blonde, walked through the halls to where she knew Aidenâs room was. She still was in her prison clothes, which had consisted of a hoodie, t-shirt, and sweatpants. However, she was in them for comfort and the fact that she had nothing else to where back at S.H.I.E.LD.âs base. Pulling her hair down from itâs messy bun, there were clear waves in her hair, as she brushed it back behind her ear. When she reached the door, she knocked and got no answer.Â
Slowly, she pushed the door open and noticed he wasnât in there. Part of her wondered if he had been looking for her. The other nurses were not nearly as nice as she was at times. So she decided to wait. Rose, sat down on his bed and realized how exhausted she was. However, she decided to stay there so she could see how he was doing before she went to her own room to sleep.
@aiden-zavala
After going so long with a somewhat normal sleeping schedule without his powers, getting them back threw him off completely. The instance he got his normal powers back was a nightmare, the electromagnetic waves swarmed him, attacked him and he passed out. Only to wake up in his room to the bright, obnoxious waves, without anyone asking him if he was okay or not. That was something he missed about Rose, she actually cared about him, just like he cared about her. Now all he has for company are the damn waves. The worst part was that it was as if the Electromagnetic waves were brighter and more active than normal. Since the day heâd gotten technology manipulation back, the waves have slowed down and gone back to their usual brightness, but he still felt as if he was missing something.
Aiden hadnât realized how much he depended on Rose until she was gone. How much he enjoyed her company, her laughter, her smile, her very presence. He missed it all. Being surrounded by other doctors that were nothing remotely like Rose only made things worse. It was as if they didnât want to help him at all, like they didnât want his memories to come back or for him to get any sleep at all. It was disheartening, and it was annoying. Honestly, it was downright depressing. More times than he could count Aiden was quite literally kicked out of the infirmary. Right now was one of those instances. He was on his way back to his room after being at the infirmary for god knows how long. He was so close, so close to downright begging the doctors for some sort of medicine to get him to sleep, but he refused to go so low.
The walk back to his room was slow and quiet. He was only in sweats and a long-sleeved t-shirt, not even shoes. There was a pair of sunglasses on his eyes, protecting his tired eyes from the bright em waves that twitched raced around him.  Thankfully they seemed to be avoiding him today, as if noticing that his computer like brain was running slower than normal, thus unable to process information and, in simpler terms, unable to act as a medium for the electromagnetic waves. Yawning, Aiden opened the door to his room, not surprised to find it already open since he probably left it like that after leaving. However, just as he closed the door, he noticed something in his bed, or rather, someone. It took him a moment to realize who it was, then a few more to believe what he was seeing, once it all computed, Aiden couldnât help but jump at the woman. âRose!â He shouted, wrapping his arms around her and pulling her close, âI canât, I canât believe youâre back!â Almost as soon as he grabbed her, her let her go, pulling away so he could look at her properly. âAre you okay? Did they hurt you?â
