wear less makeup (embrace your natural beauty and learn to be comfortable in your own skin)
hydration is key (3-4L of water a day)
invest in an personalized, quality wardrobe (stop giving into fast fashion and trends)
balanced diet (fuel your body with balanced nutrient rich meals)
regular workouts ( curate a workout plan that fits your lifestyle to stay lean and healthy)
take your supplements (do some research on what you would like to improve and start implementing them)
get off of social media (don’t get so caught up in somebody else’s life that you start to miss out in yours)

*beauty is not limited to what you put on the surface of the skin, but also what you decide to bring to your body and your mind.
You don’t need motivation, you need self discipline.
1.Start small,Focus on one discipline building habit at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed and end up not following through.
Gradually increase your commitments little by little. They will soon become part of your routine instead of it being "work".
2.Get rid of distractions that hinder your focus (e.g., unhealthy relationships,social media).
3. HAVE SOME SELF CONTROL!! delay instant gratification, when you don’t feel like doing something, do little more than you want, commit to showing up for YOURSELF even when you don’t feel like it.
4. Create a daily schedule that prioritizes most important items on the list. Keep it consistent to form habits over time.
5. last but not least, stay consistent. Discipline is built by sticking to your commitments daily,and give yourself kudos for your gains and failures without judgement , it takes time and effort so be nice to yourself.

What time should you be
waking up.
You should really be using the 24 hours you have in a day to your full advantage. What time you should be waking up is completely personal and will differ from others around you but none the less you should not be sleeping in every single day.
{Getting started}
5:00-6:30 should be when you get up to start your day, setting multiple alarms may help with getting you up.
When you wake up you shouldn’t be checking social media or text messages. This is one of the only parts of the day that is best for you-time. Stretch a little bit, drink some ice water and listen or read some daily affirmations. Don’t forget the most important meal of your day, a filling homemade breakfast will be the cherry on top to waking up early, it’ll give you energy and keep you going throughout the day.

A big change in your daily routine isn’t mean to be easy, it’s meant to help you become a better version of yourself and create the dream girl you are striving to be. Stay strong and believe in yourself.

{Hygiene is everything}
Good hygiene effects more than your body odor, it plays a part in your overall appearance also.
When you don’t properly clean and care for yourself it’s noticeable. Things like frizzy hair, greasy skin, yellow teeth and many other things can be signs that your hygiene routine is not up to par.
{some tips to help}
oil you hair weekly
correspond all you scents. (ex: my perfume is vanilla scented so my lotion and body wash is too)
sleep in a bonnet to prevent frizziness and breakage
coconut oil pulling for bad breath
use a dry brush to exfoliate
have a soap to clean you body and another one smell good
take you vitamins girl!!
wash your sheets and pillowcases
DRINK WATER!!!!
Where there’s a will, there’s a way .
Getting fit is so easy there’s almost no excuse not to do it. Small things like a 30 minute walk outside can be enough.
Put you favorite playlist on and a cute fit because if you look good you feel good and just move around for a little bit.
There’s so many workout videos on youtube to choose from, long and shorter form videos. So you can just start with a simple 5 minute workout and build up from there.

Those years are gonna pas anyways and wouldn’t you much rather have something to show for all the years you’ve had the privilege of living and creating a life of your own.

Eating should be a chore or something you dread, it’s just another thing that makes us human.
I personally think(what)you eat is more important than(how much)you eat. Take some time to learn different recipes and healthy alternatives to food you already enjoy and girl, !DRINK YOUR WATER!
It’s a Necessity!!!
Not only do you need to eat to LIVE! but do you think you’re gonna get a pilates princess body if you’re not giving yourself the nutrients you need to get there.
There’s also foods that benefit you all around, not just your physique. Some foods like strawberries, almonds, kale and dark chocolate all help to prevent and reduce acne.

life is not a race, it’s a experience. Do things that make YOU happy, things that help YOU succeed.
