Nothing in the rule book says a dog can't play basketball. There are a couple rules against trans women, however, so she'll have to leave.
Just want to shout out that:
The dog and the woman are the same individual
The referee is an self-declared ally but he is sworn to uphold the rules of the game. This fate is totally avoidable would he only stand by his values and revolt even in a small way instead of working to support a system working as intended.
