MS-13 gang members are seeking asylum in our country by claiming "fearful return" due to their renunciation of their membership. The status quo of illegal immigrants is the fact that we have no records of their past and/or criminal history. This is why we deport them. When the evidence of their extremely violent lifestyle is right in front of us - despite the fact that they made the conscious decision to participate, we know for a fact that they have a criminal records as well as tattoos of MS-13 regalia covering literally every inch of their body, including full facial tattoos - why do we suddenly feel an obligation to give refuge to these illegal aliens while the victims are not only the innocents back in Mexico, but our own compatriots? Just like everyone else in the world, they should face the consequences of their actions, but not with our tax money safeguarding them in our prisons with three hots and a cot (not to mention cable television). These gang members knew the circumstances when they joined. Don't claim to be hard and them tuck tail and run when it's your turn. I'm the past five years the number of MS-13 gang members seeking asylum in the U.S. has risen from 5,000 to 36,000. Simply by claiming "fearful return". Before the criticism begins, yes, I know that children are raised in this lifestyle; just like children in the U.S. raised in blood, crip, white fence, or any other gang or criminal organization that one can name. I went to school with them. Is this really what you want in your country? If so, what about the crips, bloods, white fence, and the rest? Should we absolve all violent criminals and put them in a protection program similar to Witness Protection? If so, who's paying for it?
