ISO an AO3 fic about Skip Westcott is introduced as a special agent to teach Peter Parker a lesson after he and Scott Lang shrink the quinjet. Stark and the Avengers don't have the jet because Parker and Lang made it a keychain. Anyway, Parker gets special "punishment" by Westcott and no one on the team notices much other than Parker becoming despondent. Westcott isn't part of SHEILD but a consultant.
