Ok, so I had two sets of married miis who lived in their own separate houses, and I had a long-term dating couple who decided to move into each house bc I guess they wanted to be someone's third. But now those married miis decided they wanted to live together, and they brought along their respective thirds, so I have named their house "Spouse House" bc I am imaginging at some point the dating couple will want to get hitched as well. They're playing the long game but I am patient.

Two of the miis in this frat house are also siblings, and this is the first time ive ever had sibling miis acknowledge that fact. The relationship shift only triggered when they moved in together. I have at least 3 other pairs of siblings on this island and none of them have ever once mentioned anything about being related. Interesting mechanics.

I was hovering over one of my miis and she randomly stopped in the street and said "I'm suddenly craving crab." and I had that food item unlocked, so I gave her one to eat and it ended up being her second top favorite food item. Like, the one you get the cutscene for.

No idea if that was on purprose as in its a hidden hint the game gives you, or if it was 100% random coincidence, but that was crazy.

being a natural snow-birder when you do not have the financial capability to live that life is genuinely soul crushing. what i would give to be able to just drop everything and move south for the winter, then pack it back up and move back to new england for the summer. this lifestyle would quite literally fix everything thats wrong with me
