Look at the age of the cases...now look back at me. These cases are from 1870ish and 1900 they do not play in this supreme Court who don’t care about stare decisis In this 2020 the year of our flying spaghetti monster.

Say it with me percedence doesn’t matter in this court as much as you think it does. State v Robertson is a district court case and it has no baring on the Supreme Court.

I am not saying don’t just take it, I am just saying be very aware that being arrested is not the only thing that can be done and this andminstation and this court (well at least half of them on occasion) don’t case about you. They care about the INSTITUTIKN. And they will uphold what they think it means. Regardless of your perceived rights.
