One of the things that always sticks in my head from all the advice the one and only @schwarzenegger has given us is that you need to #trick and #shock your #muscles. After and long day at work I decided #screwit #chest your gonna cop it today. Ignore the weights I did my main #goal was to just get reps starting with a #weight and rather than doin 3-4 #sets of the same weight I decided to drop the weight but increase the #reps. Started the #session with some simple and easy #bench press for #strength but finished of with 2 sets of 20.... see my full #workout below... also tried a new #preworkout Called #totalwar By @redcon1official And have to say loved it took a bit to kick in but when it did the #energy was #killer and the tingling from #stims was minimal.
