So I'm currently working out everyday in order to get in shape for Dragon Con and specific cosplays like Kassandra, Black Cat and others. I've been working with resistance bands and specific areas I've been wanting to tone up. . I'm not overweight, I don't eat badly (healthy clean eating has also helped with gluten intolerance) and I now drink a load of water everyday. So for me this isn't about losing weight, it's about feeling confident, being healthy and getting active. . I went a little nuts with photos at @mcmcomiccon but the guests were awesome!!
