Day 6
Ahhhh Friday. This week seemed to be never ending. My meals today were very minimal. For breakfast coconut greek yogurt, lunch- watermelon, almonds and a turkey wrap with hummus, tomato and spinach. Worked from 7-6:30 and just got home. I’m trying to convince myself to do my LISS workout that I skipped for the past 2 days.... It’s just so hard to find motivation when you work a 11 or 12 hour day and then have to muster up energy to waste energy working out. Ugh. On the bright side I can already tell a huge difference in my waist just from eating and working out and it hasn’t even been a week!!!! I’m so happy!!!! It’s so motivating to see changes in such short time (and I’m even on my period so I’m bloated and still feel skinnier!!) lol. Anyway, I’m gonna drag myself to the gym. I really want to make the curry chicken stir fry for dinner, but I just don’t want to go get the chicken for it at the store. I’m so lazyyyyy. Ill figure out something to eat though. :) Hope you lovelies (aka no one still lol) had a gr8 day. :)
