@generalluxun - Well, even though publicly declaring her civilian identity would in theory grant her legal personhood and extend Chloe Bourgeois' French citizenship to Queen Bee, there's a case that she would still need to prove that she's who she says she is. Like the other Miraculers, she'd still legally obligated to do all the necessary paperwork even if it's never been enforced in practice.

Also, declaring herself as Chloe Bourgeois would then open up a legal avenue for Chloe Bourgeois to be sued for any damages caused the train incident. So maybe it's smarter for some Miraculers to not pursue citizenship even if it means they have no legal personhood and therefore no rights....
