--eggplant rice & sandwiches & french toast I really liked to eat grilled eel. Now the eel changed to eggplant. lol Well..the taste was totally different!! Only the source is a little little little little bit similar. So I made and ate another yummy vegan foods. Then I'm happy now.

About last photo: left bread had over-ferment time and got no knead&rolling. same taste but looks ugly. Wrong treatments and environments makes something weird. Same to the human being. Recently some peoples are ruining my country. They are clever but educated wrong history and moral from generation to generation. Now they became politicians and president. Really weird…how can the evils lead my country?? They are not scare of citizens with keep ruining democracy. What is different from North of Korea?

The leader of opposition does not perform their duty. And the government does not hear of people’s voices.

Need other nation’s help.

—Vegan cheese cake? Ice cream??

I made a ‘cheese cake’ with my own recipe. oh, it’s not the final recipe. I tried vegan cheese cake first time so it’s just my test recipe, Not deserved to be open yet.

Oreo cover cookie was also my first trying but it was so nice. Super simple. ::ingredients 13g cocoa powder+30g powdered corn+27g sugar+1g salt+30g cashew butter+10g oil+20g soy milk+1g espresso extract //180F 10mins

Anyway I made a big mistake during making cheese cake. When long journey cooking was done, really done..suddenly scared idea was coming!!! I forgot adding lemon juice!!! Cheese cake must be taste a little bit sour!!! So..I removed some of covered crushed cookies on top but some are mixed with cream. It made me so gloomy. Cause this cooking needs not a simple process, long and long journey…

Anyway

I just put it out from the refrigerator to taste. Oh? It’s an ‘cheese cake flavored ice cream’ ???? If it is, hm..not bad. But if it’s a cheese cake, WTF?

It includes lots of water(almost 200g) so it tastes like a little bit sherbet? Oreo ice cream sherbet??

That’s ok. If I serve this to someone saying as “it’s cheese cake sherbet!” nobody thinks this is not yummy. Anyway it was yummy!!!!!! Okay????

—Pad Thai (including egg)

::ingredients (for 2servings) :120g Dried rice noodle(wid10mm) : boil 5minutes then rinse with cold water

:Stir fry : cabbage, eggplant, onion, paprika, green chilly, chive

:Flavoring: 1T minced garlic, 1t dried red chilly seed, 2T hot source, 1T soy source, 2t sugar, 1.5t salt, 1/2t cumin powder, 1T paprika powder, 2t black pepper, 4T olive oil

:Topping: fried tofu, sliced almond, scrambled egg(optional for vegan), lemon juice

I did not mind to cook pad Thai today. it’s made suddenly with any ingredients and source at home. Egg is added for my sister. Basically seafoods and oyster sauce are main ingredients, not in my hands. But it was pretty good. Of course it’s taste was not totally same as real thai’s.

When I traveled in Thai it was my favorite food as with most of Koreans. Actually Thai foods are very popular in Korea. I was not vegetarian at that travel time. A lot of seafoods in the pad Thai that was really nice as I remember. I hope to travel Thai again. But flight time is too long..and do not eat seafoods anymore.

오늘 박영선원내대표가 실망스런 모습을 보여줬는데.. 낼까지 두고봐야겠다. 세월호 유가족 대표단에서 22일째 해 오던 단식 중단(박영선이 꼬드겨서 중단)한 후 2일 뒤인 오늘부터 물, 소금, 효소까지 먹지않고 완전한 절식을 선언했다... 교황방문을 앞두고 눈치보느라 빨리 처리하고 끝내고 싶은가본데.. 믿었던 박영선마저 부패의 길로 돌아섰다면 이젠 국민밖에 없다. 야당이 야당노릇을 못하면 누가 있겠나? 8월15일 광화문 10만 촛불집회 참석하자. 아직 내가 할 수 있는건 평화시위 뿐.

—Vegan loaf bread, super rich&nutty ever

I just baked a bread for my mom. I tried the ‘vegan milk powder’ today. It’s result was amazing. Taste is really sweet, nutty and rich!!! Omg I should give up my diet.

::Ingredients (for small one + middle one) Whole wheat flour 300g, water190g+vegan milk powder 30g, instant yeast 5g, sugar 25g, grape seed oil 25g, sea salt 5g, (walnut 50g, cashew 40g/optional)

//1st ferment for 60~80mins at 30~32F, cover with moisture cap.

//divide them into 3pcs x 2(for small one, middle one, total two breads made), then let it rest for 15-20mins on the table.

//2nd ferment for 40mins(at 31-33F) cover with moisture cap.

//bake at 190F for 12mins and 180F for 8mins. Total 20mins.

**brush (sugar5g+water15g+olive oil 15g) on top of the breads 2times, before baking and after baking. It’s for making a brown color quickly in gas oven, So this is not necessary if bake in electronic oven.

I’m sure this recipe makes the best taste.

비건밀크파우더라고 아이허브에서 산건데 그냥 물에 타 먹으니 맛은 있는데 좀 비리달까.. 그래서 베이킹에 쓰기로 결정~ 오늘 식빵에 첨 써봤는데 와우. 분유보다 훨 낫다는.. 호두랑 캐슈넛때문은 아니다. 한 개는 호두랑 캐슈넛을 안 넣었걸랑.ㅎㅎ 완전 꼬소꼬소꼬소꼬소꼬소~~~~>

—Full of yummy vegan table at breakfast today

Always I have a breakfast a lot. I mean huge a lot. Of course a bowl of rice and side dishes are common table in Korea. And it is rarely faced to the problems that I’m trying to be a vegan. Cause basically Korean table is setting with various vegetables, beans and grains.

Only thing that I concerned is a second photo’s ham, Vegan ham. I ordered from online shop, there are not many vegan foods manufactures here yet. And I have never met vegan around me before, rare vegans then small vegan market is made.

Last photo, it’s ‘corn&red bean soup’. It’s not common in Korea too, it’s a kinda local(Gangwon-do) food. sometimes I went to the restaurant to taste appetizer where serves this soup for appetizer.

I tried cooking yesterday. It was super easy.

::ingredients (for 10servings) 100g of dried red beans, 300g of corns, 70g of sugar, 5g of salt.

//Boil the red beans until soft(30mins in electric rice cooker, 2-3hours in pot), also boil the corns(10-15mins). grind half of them(corns and beans). keep boiling altogether about 5minutes.

::ingredients (******failed!!) Black bean, soybean, oats, lentil bean, eggplant, onion, unripe hot pepper, oyster mushrooms, granulate yeast, whole wheat flour, paprika powder, black pepper, sea salt, soy source, soy bean paste, parsley, cumin powder, turmeric powder

//bake for 3minutes per side with middle heat.

Finally granulate yeast is arrived with some other good. It’s the first time to order ingredients from abroad US. Actually I found ‘granulate yeast’ at local online shop but the price was really high, much more expensive over x3(or more) than abroad online shop. I’m really satisfied of pretty good price, cheap shipping fee, super fast shipment and incredible safe packing. I Love it

Anyway I fucked up. It was terrible taste X/

It’s taste was bitter. I think vegetables need to be pre-heated before mix. Cause it was a little bitter taste. And too much of paprika powder was added to make a meat color. Also soybean paste was too much. Would be better except for cumin and turmeric.

Brown rice will make a taste more chewy and nutty maybe. Flour made the taste just sticky not chewy.

I think the ingredients of 30%beans, 30%mushrooms, 10% grind vegetables, 10%granulate yeast, 5% oats, 10% brown rice and 5%sauces will be good.
