Postponed picking up the book for several days. Can't put it off longer. But picking up the book brought on a panic attack and voices and dissociative symptoms. Posting this is a delaying tactic. She's not allowes to do it. She shouldn't think of it. It's too much hurting. And this was just for a rereading of chapter one. Which is only a broadest introduction and no threat at all. #dammit #dissociation #coping #notcoping! Lack of #hope and #peace temporarily. This thing is hard. I think I need a bag of stim and sensory toys for helping with presence. Been considering playing with rosary rings again but not for any religious purpose. Please send stim toys. Except of course you can't. The stones are good. They were freebies from the #Greenbelt festival of creativity and spirituality two years ago. Wish I was up to being there again safely this year. For a while there were more burials here than anywhere else in #newcastleupontyne After it closed, stones were used as the base of ovens in #tyneside flats. In the 1930s the remaining stones were used to make a path.
