In Mario Kart 8/Deluxe, some course elements are shot high into the air when a racer using a Super Star drives through them. This animation assumes that the racer will continue driving, so that the object can safely land back in the same place.
However, if the racer is carefully positioned directly underneath the object, it can be kept bouncing up and down rapidly for as long as the Super Star remains active, as seen in the footage with a Moo Moo in Moo Moo Meadows.
