     Annie was sitting down alone at the park, new phone in her hands. She spent the last hour or so trying to figure out how it functioned. It was her first device and she had never seen something like this until she ended up in this new world. She noticed the other habitants here seem to use it like it was second nature. It brought her a sense of embarrassment and she has yet to reach out for assistance. In a matter of seconds, someone managed to snatch it out of her hands in an endeavor to steal it. Without hesitation, she stood up and reached out grabbing their arm. She bent it and forced it behind their back while kicking the back of their knee. 

    They were now on the ground and with her free hand, she gripped the back of their head and forced it into the ground. With the other hand, she was pulling on their bent arm as she sat on top of them. Her phone fell out of their pocket and landed on the pavement. She let go of their head for a moment and grabbed her phone, putting it in her back pocket. Right after, she stood up and kicked their head a couple of times. 

   Now that they were unconscious, she released her armlock and looked up to see another mysterious figure appear before her eyes. She clenched her jaw. How long had they been there?

         “…They tried to take my phone. I had no other choice.”

levi froze in his tracks the moment he laid his eyes on the person who’d once upon a time killed his entire squad.  “the fuck are you doing here?” the question escaped the captain’s lips before he could stop himself -  he hadn’t expected to see her, of all people, in zerthea.  in fact, he hadn’t expected to see the other at all anytime soon. the squad captain stared at her, clenching his hands so tight that his fingernails bit into his palms. 

funnily enough, the last time levi had checked, annie leonhart had been sleeping soundly in her crystal prison. of course she’d woken up as soon as the brats and hange had dragged levi to see the ocean.

levi let out an angry huff. he stepped closer to annie, his mouth drawn into a tight line. “did your pals do this?” he asked, secretly hoping that she’d say yes. after all, he had yet to fullfill his vow to erwin.  sooner or later, he was going to kill the beast titan.  “is the fucking monkey here? because if he is, you can tell him that his ass is mine.”

“ i wouldn’t say i like it here, not necessarily. ” steve shrugged. but with things the way they were back home ; the world saved and things going back to normal, the avengers broken apart by not one but two major losses, he wasn’t sure he was needed there anymore, and there were people here that, had he stayed back on earth, he would have never seen again otherwise. “ but you’re right. way in means way out, but i don’t about you but i didn’t get here by conventional means, no entrance. ” still, he was happy to help out wherever he could. “ i’d be happy to help you look for a way out. not sure if i’ll take it if we do find one. “

 for a second, levi was fooled by the other’s all-too-familiar appearance. he’d missed that face so much.  “erwin?”  instinctively, he reached out to touch the other man’s arm but stopped himself at the very last moment. instead, levi folded his arms on his chest and cleared his throat. now this was beyond embarrassing.  sure, the stranger was the splitting image of commander erwin smith but he wasn’t erwin. no matter how much levi wanted him to be. on closer inspection, the squad captain could tell that.  aside from the glaringly obvious arm, the differences were subtle but they were there. besides, thanks to the bond they used to share, he would have felt it if erwin was back. pretending that he hadn’t made a fool out of himself less than a minute earlier, levi nodded.  “thank you."  a faint smile appeared on his face. “you shouldn’t trust people so easily, though. i could be one of them, you know.”

PEA HAD BEEN POSITIVE IN THE MOST since arriving in zerthea. he had to be — or so he believed. too much resting on him being the first one; being the only one there. but sweet pea knew himself better than anyone else did. he knew that eventually he would crack.

and that’s probably why he was glaring into space. at nothing in particular, nothing that had annoyed him enough to get to this point. but here he was still — feeling like this anyway.

“can you move.” grumbled the male. arms crossed tightly across his chest as someone moved into his — glaring space. “unless you want to be glared at. than gladly, stay where you are.”

to put it nicely, levi... wasn't intimidated by the kid. if anything, the tall brat reminded him of the brats that he was supposed to be keeping an eye on, in a good way. he could only hope that they hadn’t gotten hange into too trouble already... and the othe way around.

 also, the squad captain couldn’t deny the fact that the kid’s attitude reminded him of himself.  well, a much, much taller version of himself. seriously, what were they feeding kids these days? 

the former thug looked up to meet his gaze and raised one nonchalant eyebrow.  “and if i don’t? you gonna fight me?” he asked in an amused tone.  “well, i wouldn’t do that if i were you. what were you staring at anyway?”

ONE MINUTE SHE HAD BEEN walking alongside her first mate, the pirate captain keeping an anger eyes as she let her emotions cloud, control her. — the next, she had been alone. no harry, no gil. not even mal was around her.

it left the pirate feeling off guard, was this some kind of twisted punishment for turning her back on mal? no — mal was bad, the worst; but this, she knew she would never do it. she wasn’t this cruel.

“harry?” came her quiet voice, he had been right beside her, whoever had taken her needs to give him back right now. anger flaring up once more as she glared to the sky.

“if this is some kind of joke — put me back. right now.” she had celia to protect, all the isle kids needed a voice — and her crew, they needed all the help they could get.

sirius spun around the moment he heard his godson’s name being called. harry. now that was a name he hadn’t heard in months. merlin, he hoped that harry was with remus instead of lily’s sister. sirius wouldn’t have wanted his godson to be raised by someone who despised his kind.

the wizard’s face fell the moment he realised that there was no way she was talking about harry potter. as far as sirius knew, harry was barely two years old.

sirius cleared his throat and shoved his hands in his pockets.  “i don’t think he can hear you.”

as much as it pained levi to admit it, for the first time in a very long time, he had no idea what to do. however, one thing was sure, the longer the captain waited for his squad to resque him (levi could only hope the brats and hange were safe), the more pathetic he felt. pushing the thought away, he cleared his throat. “if there’s a way in, there must be a way out. want to help me find it?”  levi turned around to face the person standing behind him. “unless you like it here?”

𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎  (contains spoilers &  death + injection mentions !)

levi ackerman is the squad captain of the special operations squad within the survey    corps aka a military branch that... well, fights titans, basically.

levi is also a new single dad of six teenagers aka his squad members who keep testing his patience at every opportunity.

he’s known as the humanity’s strongest soldier because he’s a pro at fighting titans. 

also because he’s an ackerman aka he possesses abilities superior to that of other humans. including the ability to get emotionally attached to someone.

levi is also known as a tiny old man. why, you ask? well, long story short, levi isn’t very tall. at all.

he’s a bit of a clean freak thanks to his miserable childhood living conditions.

fun fact, he has lost pretty much everyone he has ever loved. fun times.

𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘

levi was an accomplished criminal before he joined the survey corps and became a hero.

he grew up in the underground (aka a miserable subterranean city which you can’t leave unless you have a lot of money, so say goodbye to ever seeing sunlight).  he lost his mother at a young age and he was (unknowingly) raised by his highkey sketchy maternal uncle who taught him how to survive in the underground. 

needless to say, the living conditions in the underground were not very hygienic.

another very long story short, levi joined the survey corps to assassinate his future soulmate.

however, luckily levi’s plan didn’t work out atll and he became very emotionally attached to the said soulmate.

levi’s life became about 100000 times more difficult when he decided to babysit a titan-shifter known as eren.

for example, levi recently lost his soulmate. all thanks to eren.

well, not really. actually, his soulmate sacrificed his life to give levi a chance to beat another titan-shifter but, unfortunately, levi’s plan failed.

another fun fact, levi could’ve revived his thirty-something soulmate with a titan serum injection but he chose to save one of his young squad members instead after fighting a bunch of teenagers on a roof top.

levi has been planning his revenge on the other titan-shifter ever since.

‘‘‘i was hoping for a fresh start but i didn’t mean a whole new place. let alone a new planet apparently.’’ peeta was still paranoid that this was a trick from back home but when he heard more people were showing up, he was starting to reconsider.  ‘’so many things i’m not even familiar with. think you can get used to it here?’’

levi huffed at his question. the squad captain wasn’t too sure if he believed the ridiculous and very far-fetched new planet explanation because, after all, he’d been fed pretty big lies before. shit, if anything, levi was convinced that his enemies had separated him from his squad to make it easier for them to kidnap the founding titan. the mere thought of a missed opportunity to take revenge on the beast titan made levi’s blood boil.  “get used to it?” he repeated and raised an eyebrow at the younger man. there was something about him that reminded levi of armin. maybe it was the seemingly optimistic yet somehow sad demeanour. “depends. not unless i want give up on humanity.”  he crossed his arms. “why did you want a fresh start?”

“Excuse me!!” John called to the crowds around him wanting everyone’s attention. he was a little out of breath and sweating, honestly he’d been running around since he got here so he hoped he didn’t look like the mad man he felt like. But from the looks he was getting he was pretty sure he did. “Is there anyone here who is injured and in need of medical attention?! I’ve met a few here and I’ve found a medical center, I’ve opened it, its not to far from here.” He informs pointing off to the dust district behind him. 

Finding an entire complex for a medical center was a real find and he was glad to put himself to work for the people. He couldn’t believe the injuries some of them had. But he didn’t find the travel comfortable either so he can only imagine what happened to them before this whole teleporting incident. 

“I am a doctor, please don’t sit on any injuries things could get worse for you.”

sitting on the ground, sirius glanced up. the wizard shook his head and let out a tired laugh. “i’m fine.” he lied through his teeth tried to convince the doctor, hoping that the other man would leave him alone. then again, sirius had caught a glimpse of himself in a window when he had dragged himself away from the commodition.  his hair had never looked worse.  sirius was well aware that he looked absolutely miserable, exactly like he’d spent a month or six in azkaban. or maybe a year, the animagus wasn’t too sure anymore. all sirius knew was that he had to find the traitor, peter, as soon as possible.  sirius gestured towards the building on the opposite side of the street. “have you checked there? i could have sworn i heard someone crying. ”

the dark haired woman frowned gently as she looked at the strange device in her hand; sure, she had been use to modern technology, thanks to tony but this was different. after settling into a new place to live and how to operate the piece of technology, natasha found herself wandering through the street in constellation par. stopping in front of the store front she had purchased the day before, the russian crossed her arms over her chest, trying to decide where to begin, “ you don’t happen to be good at interior design ? “ the spy was good at a lot of things but interior design was not one of them, “ gyms shouldn’t require that much work. i just have to ensure i have equipment, the correct safety procedures in place and then it’s all done and set to open, “ she highly doubted that it would be that easy but there was no reward if one didn’t put in the hard work. “ you here to help or just stand there silently ? “

so far, bruce’s attempts to contact his family had been futile. he could only hope that someone (hopefully clark, dick or damian) had noticed his sudden disappearance from alfred’s funeral. “interior design?” the repeated the stranger’s words in an amused tone. “uh, i’m very good at paying for it but i don’t think that’s what you mean.“ he grinned, continuing his trademark brucie the playboy act. if only he had been abducted during a night patrol instead of a memorial service.  “but i know a thing or two about gyms. you know, private ones.” bruce faked a chuckle. “what do you want me to do?”

while he knew damn well he would have to retrieve a cell phone and home eventually, sherlock was in no rush to do so. once he did, he was traceable, and that was the last thing he wanted at the moment. there was a good chance he was already traceable, he wasn’t too clear on what happened between his departure from london and his arrival here, but if there was any chance he wasn’t traceable, he needed to take advantage of that now. 

he glanced at the other person near him, looking them over. “if i were you, i wouldn’t grow too attached to that phone. it won’t function as the one you’re familiar with, and you don’t know what it will do.”

truth to be told, bruce hadn’t prepared for this. no, instead, he’d been foolish, naive enough to think that his enemies would be considerate enough to not to target him during alfred’s memorial service. considering that the caped crusader had been abducted during the said memorial service, it was evident that he’d been wrong. bruce had no doubt that jason was having a laugh at him right now.

hiding his annoyance, he flashed his trademark smile at the very helpful stranger who had no idea that bruce had seen his fair share of alien technology before. “no worries, i’m just trying to call my son, damian. you know, just to let him know that daddy is not coming home tonight.” bruce chuckled and held out his free hand. “bruce wayne. it’s nice to meet you. i’m sorry if we’re here because someone wants my money.”

it was plain and simple, daisy was pissed. apparently she just couldn’t catch a break, for the past seven years she was always being pulled into something, or most of the time, starting things herself but this time she swore she had nothing to do with it. the last clear memory that she had in her head was mallick experimenting on her, taking parts of her in an attempt to steal her power, god she h o p e d that it didn’t work. 

she was in pain and confused but she could tell that she was in a different place to the one hydra had been keeping her.

the inhuman took a deep breath, attempting to pull herself off of the floor when she heard footsteps approaching her. “take another step and i’ll bring the entire building down on you.”

sirius didn’t know how but he had somehow managed to escape from azakaban, of all places. the wizard was beyond exhausted but at least he wasn’t surrounded by dementors anymore -  he could think straight now. well, somewhat straight. “do it.” the defiant words slipped out of his mouth before he could stop himself. he then remembered that his wand had been discarded from him, not to mention that he was in no shape to fight anyone.

a tired laugh escaped his lips. of course he had ran into someone the minute he had become a free wanted man. “or you could just leave your wand in your pocket and i’ll leave you be?” he offered with a tiny smile on his face, already guessing her answer. sirius could only hope that the stranger was a terrified bystander instead of an extremely adept auror.

gamora was quick on her feet, and figuring out a survival plan was in her nature. surviving under unusual circumstances was practically instinct at this point. while suspicious, she set up her phone and home, and even sorted out what kind of business she could run while she figured out the rest of it. she was not too sure how the finances of his place would work, and honestly, she’d never lived in one place before, like she was expected to do here. it was new and she hated that she was doing it alone.

without knowing how everything was going to go, she decided it was better to be safe than sorry. she was continuing to scope the place out when she noticed a few fruit trees. she couldn’t help but pick one, inspecting it before taking a bite. “have you tried any of the native fruit yet?” she asked, nodding towards the person across from her.

 in all honesty, levi wasn’t too worried about his current situation. he had survived far, far worse before. obviously, the humanity’s strongest soldier had been kidnapped and he had no idea where hange and the brats were (levi could only hope that they were still at the beach, safe and sound), but as far as he could tell, he was alive. the squad captain he could work with that. more importantly, levi was angry. he was going to find his new (or maybe old, who knew) enemies and he was going to make them pay.

he looked up from the strange small device that had been given to him (somehow, he had a feeling that hange would have known what to do with it) and raised an eyebrow at the her. “do i look like i want to get poisoned?” he huffed. “i mean, if that’s what you’re after, go ahead. i don’t care.” he admitted and held out his phone. “what am i supposed to do with this? throw it at the nearest wall?”
