I had a lush Sunday with @claire__zee planning out guided meditations and music with little helping hands from Eli. Singing twinkle twinkle little star while laying next to my child’s bed last night, an entire universe unraveled in my mind. As I stared at his wall covered in glow in the dark stars, that familiar feeling of a download began to wash over me. I closed my eyes and felt my own eyelids amongst a sea of other eyelids. I blended into a face so large it contains thousands of eyes, each pair believing it belongs to a separate head. Only when I close my eyes and go deep into rest can I sense the many seeing from the one. 👁 👁 Eyes via @biancacash

New blog post up on brighitta.com - The Seeker's Paradox // There is one message that has vibrated through the chords of many voices, echoed through aeons. A truth that all great spiritual teachers have shared: The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. At the centre of your Being you have the answers. The Universe is inside you. You hold the bell that will awaken the sleeping Buddha. One chord in this choir will resonate with you and show you the way, and you will realise that you have always held the key to your awakening. You will find it when you stop looking; this is the paradox. We hear this and imagine that we are looking for our actual keys, ones we’ve misplaced somewhere if only we could remember where. I suppose it is a little like that - when we relax they often show up, waiting for us on the countertop we passed by many times, blinded by our frustration, our looking. We are the person wearing glasses on top of our heads, asking the world to help us find them. LEARN REIKI IN LONDON! We have spaces available for our next Reiki 1 Course in Hackney, London over the weekend of October 21 and 22.  Reiki is a journey towards spiritual awakening. By using it, you can begin to feel the underlying connection in all existence, heal your life, and understand the deepest nature of your true Self. Reiki promotes holistic healing as it brings positive changes across the whole of your life - on the emotional, mental and spiritual levels, as well as the physical level. Embarking on a journey of healing for ourselves has a profound ripple effect to the world around us. We are two Reiki Master/Teachers teaching from the Western and Japanese lineages which both originate from Mikao Usui (Usui Shiki Ryoho and Usui Reiki Ryoho). Our Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 Courses are each taught over two full days (for 14 contact hours each) allowing ample time for practice as well as theory. This will enable you to feel confident and empowered by the end of the weekend.  We will aim to provide you with all the experience you need to truly know what Reiki is deep in your heart.  

Reiki is the vibration of unconditional love from the Universe - it is pure light!  It is our joy to share this profound system of energy healing in an approachable, grounded, and enthusiastic way. On our Reiki 1 Course we give four attunements, you will learn: - How to begin the flow of Reiki, and connect to the Universal energy with confidence - Hand positions for self-treatments as well as treating others (with lots of practice) - Energy theory, and how to see and feel the Aura - All about the chakras - The history of Reiki - The Reiki philosophy - How to ground and cleanse your energy - Simple meditation techniques from the Eastern and Western lineages - Reiki as a spiritual path and as an effective holistic healing therapy - We will also discuss the nature of healing, the 21-day clearing process, and how to use Reiki for everyday life situations.
