Hello, all! Today, I will bring you MY favorite fitness things of 2015. This year I lost around 18 pounds and gained a STRONG BRAIN! Boom! One of the things that used to bring my brain and body down was my addiction to sugars! I mean m&m's in the large bag downed in one sitting. So my FIRST favorite thing of 2015 has to go to QUEST Bars! Quest Bars are packed with REAL ingredients and as little as 1 gram of sugar per bar. You can bake these little suckers, or pop em' into your smoothies. (Quest also sells protein powders) When I have the need for sugary sweets-I go to my cabinet and grab a Quest Bar. My favorite is the Oreo flavor. Full of protein, tastes like a cookie and has almost zero sugar...🙋🏾yes please. Quest Bars have been my go to all year. Highly recommend to anyone.
