we all know that many of the avengers are little shits

like bucky is a little shit, clint is absolutely a little shit, pietro (in my mind he is an alive little shit), steve is the biggest little shit of them all

steve theory time

right, we all know the theory of the avengers getting emotional support pets to help them with the stress and anxiety after any of their battles

and we all know clint has lucky, bucky would have alpine and so on

and everyone thinks that steve would get a dog, which i agree with and they all think he would get like a labrador or golden retriever to reflect the person that he is

but think about it, what if instead of that, he got a really excitable, tiny, ball of fluff of a dog? like a yorkie or a pomeranian or something

and you just see captain america going on runs in the park, being followed by what is essentially this yipping, barking little ball of fluff and when it was too tired to run he would just pick it up and tuck it into his coat with just it’s little head sticking out

and it would literally just follow him everywhere and lay on his chest when he’s watching a movie and like attach itself to his leg

and it would have the most like ridiculously cute name like daisy or marshmallow or puffball

like you can’t tell me this isn’t something that steven grant rogers would do and you can’t tell me that this isn’t the most adorable idea ever

branching off from my previous theory i have this idea that winterhawk have a soft spot for the maximoff twins, cause we already know of clints liking of them after basically recruiting them

so after age of ultron, pietro goes back to clints farm to heal and obviously wanda goes, and bucky feels bad for them and sympathises with them because of the whole hydra thing

so i think that when the twins go back to the farm, they just end up not leaving and basically just get adopted by winterhawk

they’d literally be the cutest little family ever, and kate would come visit sometimes and all the avengers would come see them too, and steve would be uncle stevie and nobody can convince me otherwise

natasha would act distant but would spoil them rotten, and you can’t tell me pietro and wanda would not absolutely ADORE lucky

and then, the maximoffs would get to have the childhood they always wanted and deserved, even if it happened later than it should’ve, and clint and bucky would become the most doting parents ever

right so in my opinion, age of ultron was one of the funniest marvel movies just cause of all the little quips and one liners.

but when they go to clints farm, yknow how that scene could’ve been so much better?if they had walked into the farmhouse and clint calls honey im home and instead of these two kids and a pregnant wife, we see a teenage kate bishop walking up with lucky and giving clint a hug

then from the kitchen emerges james buchanan barnes in all his glory, looking terrifying in black eyeliner and black jeans and jumper with a FRILLY PINK APRON and telling clint that dinners nearly ready and he isn’t even phased by the group of avengers standing in his living room he’s just sorta like don’t get any mud on the carpet

and he smacks steve upside the head for not using a coaster for his drink and all the avengers are just so damn confused but clints just like “that’s bucky for ya”

cause think about it, that would bring bucky back, stop the accords cause we all know bucky could kill that mf ultron in a heartbeat, tony would be angry about his parents but understand it was the winter soldier and not bucky, civil war wouldn’t happen which would leave more planning time for infinity war in which clint would be there to help.

then when bucky gets dusted clint wouldn’t go all psycho murder assassin cause he knows his bucky will come back to him and so he helps them which could reduce time and may have brought them back faster and the war would’ve been shorter. steve would’ve still left but bucky would have clint to help him and this would bring it round full loop and set them up perfectly for falcon and the winter soldier plus hawkeye when they come out
