Gender affirming surgery saves lives. I got top surgery 4 weeks ago and earlier this week I was able to stop wearing a binder and everything is closed and good to stop using ointment and bandages. Every single waking moment since then has been pure euphoria. I have never felt as at home in this body as I do now. Everything is just so right it's like the best high of my life except I'm stone cold sober 😭
