Bank, as he steps back and refuses to help a fellow castmate take down Jeff Satur: "I'm a Saturday".
Respect.
I also like that Jeff's fans are as cunning as devious as he is.
the only truly funny joke anyone's ever made about easter and every year i forget about it and then get to laugh and laugh anew
I understand that people have issues with ep 3, but Iâm grateful for it bc it gave us the Scott/Shane fight and therefore all of these great posts on Tumblr.com

link to better quality
I love when my queer romance/found family breaks the nuclear family structure. like, yes that was Link's brother. that's also their son. they're raising him. they're proud first time dads.
seeing how Pasmay slowly shut surely binds with him over the course of the film makes me happy. like, Travis was a little shit. he was taking out what he thought was Link abandoning him for Pasmay, out on Pasmay. he was a dumb little kid. but he was just a baby. and Pasmay looked out for him.
and Link literally risked everything for him. taking Travis was kidnapping and could have ruined his chances of finding his mom had they been reported to police/caught. but that risk didn't matter, wasn't even a thought on Link's mind when he fled. his little brother was coming with him, no matter what.
I would honestly love, in a hypothetical second film, to see Link dealing with the fact he, from a legal standpoint, kidnapped his brother (specifically his half brother. which would be used against him), and ran off with him. something that I'm sure could have gotten him in serious trouble, even if he could provide proof of abuse. and the potential custody battle going forward. and how Pasmay and his mom and their new family help them. with some slice of life domesticity on the side. it would bring me so much joy.

note: please be intentional about who you share links with. We all want to keep using these resources, so please remember to be at least somewhat discreet
please please please do NOT give up on medicating your adhd because you have a bad experience during your first attempts. finding the right medication/dosage combo takes trial and error, but it can feel like a MIRACLE once you do.
Being medicated isnât for everyone, but it is a powerful tool in our toolbox. and I am seeing way too many people giving up that option prematurely, because they are unware that:
there are different medication options. they do not all have the same side effects, and not all are amphetaminesÂ
dosage matters. if you are discontinuing bc of side effects, consider trying a lower dose first
a good doctor will be willing to work with you to find a regime that works
finding the right meds/dosage combo will take trial and error. and it will be worth it once you do.
Also, once you find something that works, KEEP TAKING IT!!
I know thatâs such a âduhâ statement but so so many people assume the high they feel for the first few days on a stimulant that works is how itâs always going to be and itâs not. Once your brain gets used to the new ânormalâ on meds, you lose that high feeling and get to a âhey, I can actually get shit done, lookit thatâ kind of place.
It amazes me how many people never had anyone explain that to them. Iâve been on some sort of SSRI for the last 20 years so when I started Adderall I knew what to expect. I had so many people (in a group for ADHD) tell me that the âholy shit look at me go!!!â feeling would wear off and it would stop working after a week or two and I had to walk them through just how wrong they were and quite a few had no idea that that feeling isnât supposed to last long term. ðĪĶðžââïļ
I explained it like this:
Your unmedicated brain is used to operating at a 4 on a good day. It sucks, youâre all over the place, a hot mess. Then you get on a medication that works (antidepressant, stimulant, non-stimulant, whatever) and the first few days are incredible! You canât believe that this is how itâs supposed to be! Your brain is now holding steady at an 8 or 9 and you are one productive bitch! But then your brain gets used to operating at an 8 or 9 and it becomes your new normal. Itâs harder to recognize that the medication is still working because thereâs no noticeable high anymore. You get bummed because you assume itâs not working and you either request a med change or a bump in dosage. Then 8 months later youâre frustrated and depressed because youâve maxed out on the dosage of whatever med it is and you think nothing is going to work but really youâve unknowingly self sabotaged.
Because the truth is, the first dose worked perfectly, but your squirrelly ADHD brain is so used to searching for the next dopamine hit that you failed to recognize that you were able to get through the tasks you needed to just fine. You werenât hyperfocused on researching the nuances of plant breeding, you didnât spend 5 hours in executive dysfunction while staring at your vacuum, you actually remembered to thaw out chicken for dinner. You missed all of that because you were looking for that high feeling that you had at first.
So, how does one figure out if the med is working or not when you canât tell because your brain is a dopamine fiend? Personally, I make daily âta-daâ lists. Not lists of things I need to do, but lists of things I did. Before meds, Iâd have maybe 5 things on a ta-da list. After meds, Iâd have 15-20 things on my list! So it does work, even if I donât feel like Iâm on cloud 9 when I take it.
Tl:dr Your brain is a fucking liar and your medication is likely working even if you donât feel like it is anymore.
^^^^^^ iâve had this experience too. not realizing that the meds are working once âworkingâ becomes your new normal is, unfortunately, a reason many of us start skipping medication. hint: the results are not good!!!
also a shout-out to 90s/00s kids who were over-medicated by their doctors & parents (widespread phenomenon).
I hope you are brave enough to explore your options as an adult. I am giving you full permission to firmly state your concerns to your healthcare providers and to insist on a low starting dose if side effects are your major worry.
WHY IS THIS SO GOOD?!
They put drugs in this show, and this edit is the closest I've come to being able to snort it like cocaine. Excluding binging the entire show in 6 hours after first turning on episode one to see what all the fuss was about.
Just gonna drop these here as a starting point :)

Reblogging so I can read all of this; I think I do need to do better with my emotional maturity so this will come in handy.
i think the whole Having A Job thing would be less bad if people in management positions were capable of planning and abstract thought
You can only reblog this on the 3st of January

glad to see people enjoying the gay sex hockey show but get you facts rights HBO has nothing to do with this it's a beautiful Crave original funded by the Canadian gov and paid for with my taxes ðŦĩ
I appreciate that Canada pops up every three to five years to offer the rest of the world their newest favorite queer characters:
It joined with America to remake the British Queer as Folk and The L Word.
It gave us Degrassi.
It gave us Orphan Black.
It gave us Schitt's Creek.
And now this.
Thai government x Canadian government = funding queer tv
