We interrupt your normal anxiety fueled ramblings to bring you my thoughts on TADC episode 6! Spoilers ahead! 💕
Dude this episode was crazy good in an uncomfortable way! Jax and Ragatha get really fleshed out a bit more in this episode and it’s so hard to watch Jax’s breakdown and yet I can’t look away! Dude I deleted YouTube and I still found a way to watch the new episode without giving them any of my views!
So a couple of things:
1. Jax isn’t the funny guy of the show he’s abusive to the point of sheer villainy! And I really like Jax but here’s the thing no matter how much of his yelling at Pomni was stuff he actually meant because let’s be real! He did mean to hurt Pomni, but he doesn’t believe a single word he said. They were hollow and Pomni called him out on it which caused the break down where he started yelling! But he’s trying ti convince her to give up on him and he’s trying to convince himself this is for the best. He did reach out to Pomni and it wasn’t to hurt her at first. I think when she ran off to go catch Zooble and he had a second alone with Kofmo and Ribbits doors right in front of him he realized he’s getting too close to Pomni and if she abstract tomorrow he miss her. So he gives people a reason to hate him to both justify the hate he has for himself and the situation and his actions and treatment of the others! When Pomni asks what he’d do if she abstracted tomorrow he straight up lied he misses every one who leaves and is so afraid he’s next! We see that when he’s looking at the doors, you didn’t forget them Jax. I have a feeling he’s also been at the circus for a pretty long time. I guarantee when he and Ragatha’s friendship fell apart he probably had regrets about it too. He clearly hurts people so they’ll hate him and that way when the abstract he can act like he doesn’t care. You realize he’s never proper grieved the loss of his friends? He’s delusionally decided that acting like this will protect him from pain and hurt that comes with being human he chooses violence most times but he couldn’t bring himself to actually hurt Pomni physically. And I think that because of ribbit. Jax is traumatized and my money is on him being the closest to abstraction like I feel like it’s only a matter of time with him now because he has no one but Pomni saw through his whole your just my toys bs and he lost it. Dude is on the edge and that’s probably not good!
2. Gangle and Jax
This is why I call him abusive deep down I don’t actually think the others hate Jax as much as he’d like them too. Even Pomni after everything that happened, clearly wanted to check on him during the awards show. People care about him. And Gangle being afraid of upsetting him and knowing he’s going to get revenge she literally says sometimes it feels like she’s just a toy to him which is exactly what he says he wants. But Gangle has been doing really these last few episodes! We see the change and her choosing to be someone else’s partner because that what she wants is great! The way Gangle talked about Jax is like how someone talks about an abuser. You stand up for yourself and at first you’re happy with you decision but then what if I made them mad because I said no? What if they want revenge they always do something! This isn’t a healthy form of communication and it hurts literally every one involved including Jax! When you treat people like trash like how does all the time eventually everyone will leave..but that’s exactly what he wants, right?
3.Ragatha got Dog piled on by some people bc she was a little mean to Jax when he was kinda opening up to Pomni. The things this episode says about these two is crazy! I personally think Jax’s anger at Ragatha stems from his self hate. They are both very charming and charismatic and you want befriend them both. While Jax chases people away Ragatha holds them way too close! Ragatha has a lot of failure issues, she’s super hard on herself to the point that it must be miserable. I’m Glad she talked to Kinger when he was in the dark so we could get more of Team Dad Kinger comforting his strange children with their trauma. Ragatha mentioned that she’s worried she’s failed Pomni like she failed Jax. Idk what that means but how did she fail him? I wonder if her negativity avoidance got on his nerves after Ribbit. Like she kept trying to make things better or have him deal with his feelings about the situation and ended up pushing him away because he felt smothered or like her was being forced to deal with things in a fake light. Though if that is true he kinda did that. He is dealing with things is a bs way his is just more directly painful while Ragatha’s is like a Toxic positivity.
4. I wonder how things will go next episode if Jax is gonna go back to being the villain loner he longs to be or if he’s gonna break down again and spiral more! My money is on spiral! I kinda hope they all get a wake up call but especially him he needs to deal with his emotions because if he doesn’t he’s totally abstracting! Also Jax is currently one of my favorite characters (sorry tho rude bunny the Chess piece take priority! ♟️💕) but he truly needs to treat the people he’s with better. Can’t wait to see his character arc! And everyone else’s for that matter!

This is far from what I usually post but it concerns every single person who lives in the US. So please, if you live in the US, call your congressional reps now. Tell them to vote "No" to KOSA. This bill will literally destroy online anonymity, force censorship, and make it so that people are forced to hand over their IDs or scan their face to access websites like Tumblr, or even Wikipedia. You can find your representatives by zip code online, and their numbers are nearly always available on their websites. Call them. If you're too nervous to speak to someone, call after-hours and leave a voicemail. You can email them as well, but calling will be much more effective. Voice your opinions and make it clear your support depends on their decisions. VPNs are a last resort, and we need to take action like this now, so that there's a chance we preserve free, anonymous and safe access to the internet.

Congress returning to session, KOSA, SCREEN IT Acts at the forefront
So I’ve been taking a break from social media of all kinds including tumblr which I love. It’s because it has become harder for me not to feel exhausted with anxieties over a future that isn’t guaranteed. I love seeing all of us fight for our freedom and rights but it can take a toll on your mental health so I’m only back to tell you to check in with yourself and this is the most important thing:
I felt this extreme pressure to be an activist in this situation but this type of activism is hard and can take a toll do what you can and that is enough! I’m proud of all of you out there for your efforts! And give yourself a break if you need to take a step back we are here it’s not all on you! Together we are stronger! So with that said I’m gonna be genuinely distancing myself from this platform just because it’s been bad for my mental health these last few months like I’d wake up and have a panic attack, look at tumblr and the news have another panic attack I wouldn’t eat, I’d barely sleep because I couldn’t stop thinking about all the evil in the world. I couldn’t enjoy anything because it was just there in my mind no matter what. For the last week I’ve done the same things as before. I called and emailed representatives and senators and signed petitions left bad reviews on several sites but I didn’t check social media. And I have finally felt like myself again! I’m still doing what I can I just haven’t been on socials talking about it! I don’t think that part of activism is for me! The public aspects so if it’s not for you it’s ok to do what you can in the background you’re doing more than enough! Imma probably either delete this app of just hide it bye keep fighting! 🩷
