While I was watching the Balitanghali at GMA News TV last Friday (6/7), this non-sense headline took my precious attention.
So what if he will go, going, goes, gone or went into the outer space? I don't see any sense or point of him going there.
Yahoo!
Fuck you Justin Bieber!
Hello there Carlo! Thanks for the follow, keep reading! Btw, from what school are you? I had just finished my manufacturing intrenship too :))

Manufacturing pharmacy internship: Part 2
I already finished my minor internship in Manufacturing Pharmacy. I spent my last two weeks in quality control laboratory of the plant - (chemical/physical/microbiological laboratory).
Since they are making sterile IV products, large and small, obviously, what I learned there is how quality of those products are controlled and assured. They teach me to do particulate counting, raw material identification/confirmatory tests, volume fill check of SVPs, determination of presence of heavy metals, preparation of sample for HPLC and TOC testing, ion (esp Cl-) determination of different type of water and LVPs, test solution and reagent preparation, pH and conductivity test, batch sampling, calibrating wall thickness of IV bags of LVPs and works interns not allowed to do was discussed to us (for us, at least to have an idea and background about it). I was in shock to found out that even the thickness of individual box, sizes of the letters imprinted in the box and each lines in the paragraph of drug literature are being measured, to think people don't actually care about it. Well, that's part of quality and to cater people who will notice and care for it.
I'm happy and blessed because of what I've learned will sure equip me in the future pharmacist life and for the reason that I wasn't really expecting much from them, to the chemist and pharmacist in-charge in the laboratory, that they will be "hands-on" in teaching me stuff and things being done by an analyst in a pharmaceutical manufacturing because they're too busy doing their life (job) and me as an intern would just be another burden to them. but I was wrong, they did they part well for me.
Done with 600 hours, 360 hours to kill and still deciding where to have my major internship.

Pero hindi lang parang fictional yung description sa'kin e, it actually almost exactly described the present situation of Manila, or and the whole Metro (NCR).
Maybe, maybe because he/they are guilty of it. As we also know, may ugali din ang mga Pinoy (I'm not saying all) na galit kapag napupuna ang kapintasan esp. if ang gumawa ng pagpuna ay foreigner.
Or maybe Tolentino sees Manila as dirt, heavy traffic, pollution and poverty free that's why he was insulted by this and feels or think he's taking actions regarding problems present in Manila but in reality, he/they don't take any action about these problems. -_-
They should take this as another reminder for them, the government to take appropriate actions sa mga problems sa Metro Manila. -_-
Well, there's no point arguing, as always.
`Fake lang daw itong letter na ito. Sana nga.`

It simply shows how love and that in love, difference is no important matter at all. ❤
Manufacturing pharmacy internship: Part 1
Okay, I already finished 100 hours and still have 100 hours left. 200 hours is total time required for this minor internship.
For the 100 hours left, I will be assigned in QC (Quality Control) - [Hi titration, particulates, indicators, reagents, microbes] sa QA (Quality Assurance) and LVP (Large Volume Parenterals).
Sa pinag-iinternan ko kasi, ang ginagawa nila ay parenteral drug products - itong klase ng drug products na ito ay hindi iniinom o dumadaan sa bibig o bungaga and ang preferred or ideal route of administration nito ay sa veins (diretso sa dugo), sa balat or and muscles at kung ano pang boy fluids yan na ginagamitan ng syringe at iba pang medical instrument para maiturok.
So ayun na nga, in my first two weeks, sa SVP ako na assigned - that means (Small Volume Parenterals).
The day we were allowed to enter, wala naman akong dalang pampaligo (its a practice kasi na before ka pumasok sa compunding area, which is very sterile, clean and regulated, dapat maligo ka muna), sayang lang. In time, in time, baka magsawa din ako kakasuot nun pag naging job ko na siya. Hahaha.
So ayun, what I did there was to study their whole manufacturing processes, studied the drugs they are making (to name few, sila ang gumagawa ng Cardepine, Isoxilan, Naprex), observe how the machines work, manual visualing of the drug (mga tao gumagawa nito kaya nga manual eh, inoobserve ko sila and asking them how to pick and select those reject drug products) and always assist in packaging - helping them arrange ampoules in tray, placing hangers in vials for infusion, arranging individual boxes and drug literature.
I'm happy and proud because I knew to myself that I learned a lot. I also gained new friendships. Both will certainly help me in being a good pharmacist.
