endos rly talk about being a system like it’s a gender and it’s so telling in how they use words like inclusive and valid and call people who don’t include them bigoted. they talk like it’s an identity that someone has to “accept” of someone else. they treat it like being a singlet is some made up social construct and that being a system is raging against some evil society instead of the actual real scientific community knowing what it is and what causes it

I would suggest swapping with soda a couple times, still has caffeine but not as much

cutting cold turkey would just give you constant headaches, but having a soda or two will lessen them a liiittle bit

one of our friends did that and its worked pretty okay, its not perfect but its a starting point ykyk
